Blue Peter style, here's one we made earlier from a @10xGenomics 5' scRNAseq library detecting a common (left panel) and rare (right panel) mutation in a human retroperitoneal liposarcoma sequenced on a @nanopore R9.4.1 flow cell and our mutation caller on long cDNA (2.5-5kb)

Here's a new and exciting @nanopore paper we have helped with led by @ferencmueller and his group in @CellCellPress. In this, we examined the formation of the transcription body in Zebrafish, specifically the mir-430 region: sciencedirect.com/science/ar… 1/n

So @nanopore to the rescue, with a ultra HMW prep on our P24, using R10.1 chemistry ably performed by @GenomicsB and then a denovo assembly using Canu on @uob_bear HPC (a 2TB node!) with an N50 of 110kb and 44x coverage.
