Patient with total gastrectomy and Roux-en-Y admitted for choledocholithiasis. Enteroscopy-assisted ERCP failed. Anterograde access by echoendoscopy and stone impulsion. The patient was discharged the following day. @EndoscopiaH @Belenmm271 Really like this!!
