Since launch, players running Polestar Client have shared their play with our server.
Here's what's come in so far:
• 122 players sharing, across 195 characters
• 590+ hours of real play
• 435,000 records
• 2,700+ NPCs and mobs, seen at 29,000 spots
• 920+ quests taken and 850 handed in, with the real XP for each
• 9,400 conversations with quest givers: what each one offered, and what they didn't
• 10,000+ loot windows, so we know real drop rates
• 1,190 herb, ore and chest spots
• 358 vendors with their full stock
• 109 flights, timed
• 47,000 kills, 394 deaths, 217 rare sightings
Each of those becomes a fix in the guides.
Everything we learn goes into a shared, open quest database that anyone is free to use: players, guide writers, other addon makers.

I spent 40 months in Afghanistan in the Army watching what Sharia does to women. Women have NO voice (not even allowed to be HEARD singing), not allowed to vote, get brutally BEATEN for being out and about with no male escort, sold as wives to old ass men as children as young as 8. I saw ALL this up close. Every day. You can scroll my page and see multiple women reaching out from inside those countries sharing their stories. DO NOT listen to these dip shits saying that couldn't happen here! Look at pictures of Afghanistan from the 1960s and 70s. They had freedoms and women were even able to work. You know what happened? They allowed a Marxist government to take over and did not fight tooth and nail to protect their country or their women. PICK UP A BOOK. Not Tik Tok. Educate yourselves through people who have lived it.

11 years ago I began working on an indie MMORPG. I put it aside for a long time, and finally came back to it last year. Today, I'm proud to share a fully playable pre-alpha of Makers' Wake.
The pre-alpha is a small but complete slice of the game. It includes:
• Levels 1-10
• 15 distinct classes, each with 3 mastery paths to specialize in
• A 5-man dungeon with 6 boss encounters
• Randomized loot and unique items you can build a character around
• 8 crafting professions, each with rare recipes to discover
• Ranked arena, including 1v1, Solo 3v3, and a leaderboard
My goal for this pre-alpha is to get feedback on the game's core systems. I've focused especially on responsive combat, a clean interface, and classes with distinct playstyles. Once the foundation feels right, I'll start expanding the world and releasing new content as it's ready, and I want the community to be part of that journey.
