Feeling very proud - Our last year Y6 pupils made tremendous progress in their SATs tests. In fact, they were in the top 5% of schools Nationally. 🥳
For Children’s Mental Health week, pupils across school created their own self portraits in the style of different artists. Don’t they look amazing?!? 🖼️ 🧑🎨

After creating the image of their faces, Year 6 are now adding paint. The children mixed colours that represent who they are and the beauty they show 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰 @JulianOpieShop @julian_opie
Year 6 are starting their @JulianOpieShop @julian_opie inspired art. They are taking their beautiful self-image and transferring it on to paper 😊😊😊😊😊

@SmythsToysUK Our Year 1 classes have been very busy writing instructions on how to play with toys. We wondered if they were good enough to be in your toy shop? 😃
Proud moment - We are pleased to announce that we have achieved our Inclusion Quality Mark. Proud to be an inclusive school. The report has some lovely comments in it. @iqmaward ☺️☺️☺️
Leaders at Green Gates are committed to ensuring a holistic approach to education is offered. Inclusion underpins all aspects of school life. This is evident on the school website and school Facebook page and then when one steps into the school, the inclusivity is clear to feel.
Inclusion is at the heart of life at Green Gates Primary School. Children are at the centre of every decision. Staff are committed to ensuring that pupils are happy, confident and that the opportunities that are provided for them are relevant to their needs.
Leaders have worked hard to create an ambitious and reflective culture within the school. All staff have high expectations of pupils’ behaviour. Senior leaders are focused on raising pupils’ aspirations and ensuring they are happy and supported.
The relentless drive to ensure every child who arrives at the school makes progress academically, socially, and emotionally - underpins every decision made. Staff strive to close gaps and prepare pupils for every stage of their lives.
