Ben Wilson (@BenWilsonTweets) has stage 4 cancer and 4 kids under the age of 5.
I want to help him as much as possible, so I invited him on the podcast to talk about his work studying history’s greatest leaders and what it’s like getting told he’s going to die at 38.
He’s a good guy, a close friend, and one of my favorite podcasters.
His work has benefited millions of people all across the world.
Please watch this episode and see if you can help with medicine, introductions, or donations.

the trick is having the courage to live through a chapter you hate without letting it poison your belief in the story. even in the middle of something painful, you can hold onto that deep pull toward what your life could become. so much of life comes down to your ability to keep believing in what you cannot see yet, to keep faith in the story while you’re still living through the parts that make it hard to believe

Yesterday we recorded a video around 11 AM ET covering how to interpret the action on $SPX:
The simple takeaway was this:
Price was range-bound within a wide transition, with a 21-point expected move, and CPI was on deck.
Here's what the options structure showed, and why we sat on our hands:

Top dawg action out of $PLTR right now.
Love this relative strength!
$NVDA constructive action finding support at the rising 50-day.
$DELL continues to hold up and trend higher above the 21-day EMA.
Probably frustrating to many, but in general I view this action as constructive.
$AMD nice oops up today.
Let's see if it can close back above $600 in the coming sessions.
Top dawg action out of $PLTR right now.
Love this relative strength!
$SPCX I hate this chart.
Can't believe it's pulling back on declining volume to the 21-day EMA.

I had the privilege of running with Aaron through the night at Moab 240, during one of the hardest parts of the race. it was a complete fucking mess out there. rain pouring down, wind continuously wacking us in the face, snow blowing, horrible trails, and the sleep deprivation had fully taken over. he was going through it, and I watched him keep putting one foot in front of the other. I don’t think I’ll forget what that looked like. watching someone get pushed that far, with every reason to stop, and still find a way to keep going is something I’m finding hard to put into words. there is so much more in us than we realize. so much more we can endure, so much more we can give and so much more fight left in us when we’re convinced we’ve reached the end of it. Aaron showed what relentless looks like that night. he was in the middle of a brutal fucking experience, exhausted and beaten down, and he just kept going.
that is the epitome of relentless.
we've seen too many traders blow prop accounts & fail challenges because they trade way too many setups.
so we've built a guide to help you avoid doing just that.
