The Homeland Security Task Force (HSTF) is a permanent, interagency law enforcement task force created by executive order to end the presence of criminal cartels, foreign gangs, and transnational criminal organizations throughout the United States, dismantle cross-border human smuggling and trafficking networks, end the scourge of human smuggling and trafficking, with a particular focus on such offenses involving children — across all 52 U.S. states and territories.

HOMELAND SECURITY TASK FORCE INVESTIGATION LEADS TO GUILTY PLEA IN DRUG TRAFFICKING CASE
As part of an @HSTaskForce investigation, HSI and our federal law enforcement partners dismantled a cocaine trafficking operation spanning West Virginia and Maryland, leading to a guilty plea from a West Virginia man involved in distributing cocaine.
HSI will continue to target drug trafficking organizations and bring those responsible to justice.

Case update from @FBINewHaven: Nursulton Izzatulloevich Khaydarov, a citizen of Uzbekistan, has been charged by indictment for his alleged involvement in the theft of numerous trucking cargo shipments.
As alleged in court documents, a Homeland Security Task Force (@HSTaskForce) investigation revealed that Khaydarov purchased or otherwise assumed control of multiple motor carrier companies, then posed as the previous business owner to obtain contracts for interstate shipments. A driver picked up the shipment from the distribution location; however, the load did not make it to its intended destination and was subsequently reported stolen. To date, the estimated retail value of the stolen products of the cargo thefts Khaydarov was personally involved in is more than $12 million.

38 DRUG TRAFFICKING DEFENDANTS FACE PROSECUTION FOLLOWING HOMELAND SECURITY TASK FORCE INVESTIGATION IN LOUISIANA
As part of an @HSTaskForce investigation, HSI assisted @DEAHQ and law enforcement partners in dismantling drug trafficking networks across Louisiana.
The operation resulted in over 300 years in combined prison sentences, more than 100 pounds of methamphetamine seized, and 11 firearms taken off the streets.
