1) Very important trial in #EHA2022 I believe this is the first randomized #AMLsm trial to report in which FIT older patients were randomized to non-intensive arm (10-day DEC) with no difference in OS. This should reassure those worried about not giving IC to older FIT patients

Michael Lübbert presenting data from @EORTC RCT comparing 7+3 induction vs 10-day Decitabine in older AML 1st line. No difference in OS, DAC10 seems less toxic, 50% alloTx rate achieved in both arms. DAC-10 of course means continuous treatment unless transplanted @EHA_Hematology
