A compiled list of new valid voter registrations done nationwide between 2022 and 2024 without proof of citizenship totals 20,283,937. The data comes from the Official Election Administration and Voting Comprehensive Report buried on pages 192 and 193. Thirty seven states do not require citizenship verification to complete new voter registration. California alone added 4,308,269. Texas added 2,900,357. North Carolina added 1,410,905. Florida added 1,337,303. The remaining states account for the balance that reaches the full national total.
Democrats won the midterms with roughly 20 million extra votes that match this registration surge. The absence of citizenship checks allowed millions of new names onto the rolls without the documents the law requires in other contexts. Officials who certified the results must now address how so many registrations proceeded without verification. The report places the exact figures in the public record for every state that follows the practice.
When the same period is reviewed for registrations completed without any identification the total rises to 24,662,998 across 43 states. Those states do not require an ID or other eligibility documents for a standard new registration form. The larger number expands the pool of voters whose eligibility was never confirmed. Americans who demand accurate elections now have the official report numbers that document the scale of unchecked registrations. The full state by state breakdown must remain available while the impact on the midterm results is examined.

One formula fits all of it:
Republican 2026 = 0.85 × Trump 2024
Democrat 2026 = Harris 2024 + 0.15 × Trump 2024
For every 1,000 Trump points, 850 stayed Republican. 150 landed on the Democratic side.
The numbers:
Senate: Republicans kept ~85% of Trump’s share
Governor: ~86%
Variation explained: 88%
What makes it strange:
It didn’t matter how red the state was. Wyoming, Ohio, Illinois, Massachusetts: same 15% (p = 0.69). The Democratic gain was sized by Trump’s vote, not Harris’s. The Harris part is zero.
The 0.85 beat both standard election-swing models in every set of races.
Drop any single state and the multiplier stays between 0.846 and 0.853.
Why seats flipped:
At 0.85, any state where Trump got under about 58.5% falls below 50%. Texas, Kansas, Iowa, Ohio, South Carolina, North Carolina: all under that line. All flipped.
What this means:
Midterms are messy. This one isn’t. Two sets of races, different candidates, different campaigns, and the same 15% decrease almost everywhere.
A pattern this even demands answers at the ballot level: paper ballot hand counts, poll-book check-ins against votes counted, and voter files showing who actually turned out.
The numbers raise the question.
The ballots can answer it.

⚠️Remember Microsoft Paint?
The app now has a critical flaw rated 8.1 out of 10 that could let hackers use it to run their own code on your computer.
Microsoft says it can be exploited over the network, and "No authentication or user interaction is required."
The company patched Paint in October, then released a new version on Friday to "comprehensively address" the flaw.
Microsoft lists the flaw as not exploited so far.
Paint has been part of Windows since 1985.
