Stonewall has been given unprecedented access to Downing Street and helped the Labour Government draw up its “chilling” Conversion Practices Bill. The Telegraph has revealed that the controversial charity has been supplying Downing Street with research to justify the proposed law. Under the Bill, parents, therapists and religious leaders could face up to five years in prison for having important conversations with gender-confused children or sharing their faith’s teachings on sex, gender and marriage with their congregations. Stonewall’s head of policy was reportedly invited to a meeting at 10 Downing Street to discuss the proposed law and made recommendations to the MPs scrutinising the Bill. Dennis Kavanagh, director of the Gay Men’s Network and a criminal barrister, said his organisation had not been offered similar meetings. He told The Telegraph: “The level of government access afforded to Stonewall is extraordinary, particularly in view of their extreme position on gender matters and their poor track record in accurately stating the law.” Published in June, the Bill’s impact assessment cited a Stonewall survey to argue that conversion practices were so prevalent that new legislation was needed — even though conversion practices are already illegal. Giving people large doses of artificial cross-sex hormones and mutilating surgery IS conversion therapy. Encouraging self-acceptance is the OPPOSITE of conversation therapy

Do we have an ETA yet for when these children are going to cease being so entitled and frankly, bloody tiresome?
Just been refused service in Starbucks at point of payment because I called the barista ‘mate’ and ‘pal’ during the app/card payment process and those words don’t confirm to said persons ‘She/Her’ pronouns. I asked for someone else and the manager gave me a free flat white. Wild.

If you glue yourself to a Harry Potter store you will be fighting both climate change and transphobia, but more importantly you will be embarrassing your parents, which is the perfect revenge on them for giving you such a privileged upbringing.

"Anger over £100million cost of Labour's gender Bill Labour's ban on conversion therapy could cost businesses and taxpayers as much as £100million over a decade, according to the Government's own figures. ... new legislation – which outlaws abusive attempts to change people's sexuality or gender identity – will have a 'negative' impact on private firms and public sector bodies who will have to train staff on its workings" dailymail.com/news/article-1…

The “Conversion Practices” bill would essentially make voicing a Christian view on sexuality / marriage / gender impossible The bill is NOT fit for purpose in a UK which claims to be “tolerant” and “inclusive” 🇬🇧👇👇👇

“We will not be frightened into silence.” A man has been arrested after allegedly threatening to murder the Darlington nurses and “whoever doesn’t support trans rights”. The email identified Darlington Memorial Hospital and included an image of a large knife. Three nurses had to be escorted from their workplace by security, and all seven have remained unable to return to work. Despite the seriousness of the threat, police forces spent days passing responsibility between one another. North Yorkshire Police acted only after media intervention. Bethany Hutchison, President of the Darlington Nursing Union, said: “We are relieved but deeply shocked that the police took so long to take action on this, and only did after the media contacted them. “This is not merely offensive online abuse. It is a specific and terrifying threat against a group of identifiable women at a named location which included an image of a large knife. Three of our nurses had to be escorted from their workplace by security, and seven nurses have been unable to return to their jobs. “We reported the threat immediately and supplied the police with the correspondence. Yet days later, we were left facing uncertainty while police forces passed responsibility between one another. "Other police forces must take note, especially as White Ribbon Day approaches, and many of these forces have firm commitments to ending violence against women and girls. Protecting us needs to be more than a slogan. “The apparent trigger for this abuse was that we thanked J.K. Rowling for supporting us after our successful campaign for lawful single-sex changing facilities. Whatever a person’s beliefs, threatening to murder women because they uphold biological reality is utterly unacceptable. “We will not be frightened into silence. We fought for three years for dignity, privacy and safety at work, and we will not surrender those principles to intimidation or violence. “To women watching this unfold, our message is simple: stand together, speak the truth and do not allow threats to drive you out of public life. We remain unbowed.” The suspect has been released on bail with conditions prohibiting him from approaching the hospital or the nurses. The investigation continues. It’s not just Reddit. Gay female people have been pushed out of ALL publicly labeled “lesbian” spaces as so-called “TERFs” by straight male trans people. Lesbians can’t even hang out without MtFs anymore unless it’s a private event, because MtFs invade EVERYTHING with the “lesbian” label. It has been this way since ~2015.
It's not a big deal and it isn't happening. That's fucking reddit.

Wouldn't it be something if this happened?
The American College of Pediatricians just put out a 🔥🔥🔥 statement calling out all the major medical associations by name for pushing the gender transition craze on kids. They ask for these groups to "IMMEDIATELY stop the promotion of social affirmation, puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones and surgeries for children and adolescents who experience distress over their biological sex." The full @ACPeds statement ⬇️ "Therefore, given the recent research and the revelations of the harmful approach advocated by WPATH and its followers in the United States, we, the undersigned, call upon the medical professional organizations of the United States, including the American Academy of Pediatrics, the  Endocrine Society, the Pediatric Endocrine Society, American Medical Association, the American Psychological Association, and the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry to follow the science and their European professional colleagues and immediately stop the promotion of social affirmation, puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones and surgeries for children and adolescents who experience distress over their biological sex.  Instead, these organizations should recommend comprehensive evaluations and therapies aimed at identifying and addressing underlying psychological co-morbidities and neurodiversity that often predispose to and accompany gender dysphoria. We also encourage the physicians who are members of these professional organizations to contact their leadership and urge them to adhere to the evidence-based research now available.”

@centreWJ have secured yet another groundbreaking victory. This time, on behalf of the late Eleanor de Freitas and her loving, tenacious parents, Miranda and David. The UN Committee on the Elimination of Discrimination against Women (CEDAW) has found that the UK violated the rights of Eleanor de Freitas who took her own life after being prosecuted for allegedly making a false rape accusation. In a landmark decision and the first ever decision by CEDAW against the UK under its optional protocol, the Committee has found in favour of the case brought by Centre for Women’s Justice on behalf of Eleanor’s father. It recommends reform of the law to ensure effective safeguards are in place to help protect women from retaliation and revictimisation by those they accuse of rape. A summary of the facts of the case and decision is set out in the Committee’s press release. The committee recommends that the UK amends its legislative framework to prevent the use of private prosecutions in such cases. David de Freitas, father of Eleanor, stated: "For the last twelve years, ever since Eleanor felt that the only option for her was to take her own life, we have felt that the Criminal Justice System in the UK was not interested in any justice or accountability for Eleanor, nor the detrimental effect that their actions would have on those women who need to report serious sexual assault. Finally, an international body of the United Nations, which specialises in the rights of all women, has listened, examined my complaint comprehensively and agreed with what we have been saying all along. I want to make sure that what happened to Eleanor is never, never repeated." Miranda de Freitas, Ellie’s mother, stated: "My Darling Daughter’s devastatingly tragic death in April 2014 should never have been allowed to happen. Ellie was beautiful, kind, incredibly intelligent and hugely loved. She had a bright future ahead of her until she felt absolutely cornered by unjust litigation. "The last twelve years have been a living hell for us and for our family who adored Ellie and will forever feel her enormously tragic loss. Ellie was the centre of our universe. This should never be allowed to happen again. This decision brings some kind of justice though crushingly far too late for us." Harriet Wistrich, CEO of Centre for Women’s Justice and solicitor for the de Freitas family since 2014, stated: “This has been a very long and hard battle for justice against a prosecution system that refused to be held accountable and a man whose sense of entitlement overrode any compassion or empathy for grieving parents. As the finding from CEDAW sets out in detail, every avenue for justice and accountability was pursued with dignity by the family but their efforts met by resistance at each step. We call on the UK government and Crown Prosecution Service to implement the recommendations for reform and reparation made by the Committee.” David de Freitas added: “I call on this government to bring in Eleanor's Law which would prevent future private prosecutions being brought against complainants of rape or other forms of sexual and gender-based violence. “Eleanor's Law would stop all private prosecutions of those who report rape or serious sexual offences. It would allow the Crown Prosecution Service to mount such prosecutions only with the Attorney General’s consent and with appropriate safeguards in place including that the statutory right to life-long anonymity for rape complainants is to remain intact until conviction with all avenues of appeal having been exhausted.” Alexander Economou is a sadistic monster. After Eleanor took her own life, David spoke out against the CPS. Economou then sued this grieving father for defamation. He lost, having put the family through further hell. He has since threatened to sue anyone who speaks of anything remotely related to Eleanor and the tragedy. He is, in my view, one of the worst humans alive. 5rb.com/alexander-economou-v…

My trans ex-H was one suicide victim. He threw himself out of a second floor window onto a paved patio below and died of head injuries in 2022. He had been castrated 12 years earlier, ruining his general health, his bodily integrity, constantly suffering UTIs, and (ironically!) NOT preventing a recurrence of his Prostate swelling, etc. His medical record was redacted, so there may have been even more iatrogenic harm caused by castration - NOT "recommended" 😭 @statsforgender
People who have undergone cross-sex surgery are over 19 times more likely to die by suicide than the general population statsforgender.org/people-wh…
