🚨 JUST IN: Nick Shirley's right-hand man David just confirmed EVEN MORE is about to come out about the Somali fraud, 10 TIMES WORSE
"We have a 2ND video that's coming out Monday that is 10 TIMES WORSE than the original video. Shocking and graphic."
"So I've been researching this issue of fraud and most specifically Somali fraud because it is so gargantuan for the past seven years!"
"What I have here is a five-year recap of all of the CCAP money, that's child care assistance payments, for the last five years. The top 102 recipients of that, 84 of them are Somali-owned."
"You know how many children I've seen at those child care centers over the last seven years? Zero, not one."
"There's another pile of money and it's called Great Start and that money is given to the facility to train their staff. Well if you don't have any kids you don't need any staff."
"Then what I believe is the core of all this, excuse me, the core of all this is this non-emergency medical transportation. So a search showed that Minnesota recognizes 1,020 NEMT companies. Almost 900 of them are Somali-owned."
"So in the second video Nick Shirley and I went to 16 of them. I've actually been to about 70 of them. They don't exist!"

Oregon had a net population gain of 36,530 since 2020 - 100% of which are international immigrants.
Yet, in that same time period registered a net gain of 263,459 new "voters."
👀Look:
The first image is a chart of Oregon's net population change since April 2020.
Since then, net migration is flat at -670. International immigration is staggering at +56,700. The birth / death ratio is also alarming at -19,500. The net population gain is +36,530.
The 36,530 net population gain is ALL INTERNATIONAL IMMIGRANTS.
Now, look at the next two images. It's the growth, year over year, of active registered voters in Oregon since 2020 and the current stated active registered voters for this 2026 mid-term election - straight from the Oregon SOS website.
We've had a population increase of 36k international immigrants, since 2020, with 263,459 new active voter registrations in the same time period.
How?
Tell me: how exactly can voter registrations grow 700% larger than population growth of made up of 100% non-citizens?
None of this is believable. None of this is legit.

Coherent just did $2.37bn in a quarter, up about 50% from a year ago and beat on revenue, EPS and operating income.
Then it guided next quarter well above the Street, with even the bottom of the range matching what analysts expected.
The margin worry has been the big debate on this stock.
Investors feared lower margin transceivers would cap gross margin near 40%. Management just guided 40–42%, with the midpoint above consensus. In our view, that debate is getting answered quarter by quarter and will be dead by the next one!
The timing is perfect too. Two days ago $MRVL agreed to buy $LITE, Coherent's biggest rival in AI lasers.
Every customer that competes with Marvell now has a reason to put more of its business with Coherent.
AI clusters need more optics every generation, and only a handful of companies can make them at scale. Coherent is one of them and it keeps beating. Overweight, $385 PT.

Coherent ($COHR) — An Independent Core Supplier in the AI Optical Interconnect Supply Chain: AI data centers are shifting entirely from electrical interconnects to optical interconnects, driving explosive demand for lasers, InP materials, optical modules, and co-packaged optics (CPO).
NVIDIA has not only placed orders but has also directly invested $2 billion to support production capacity and R&D; the company’s production capacity is essentially sold out through the end of 2027, and customers have already begun placing orders for 2028. The PhotonLink platform covers the entire optical chain from lasers to detection, and InP production capacity continues to double. FY2026 revenue is projected at approximately $7.12 billion (+22.5%), with data centers and communications accounting for about 79%; guidance for the next quarter is $2.2–2.4 billion.
Following Marvell’s acquisition of Lumentum, the industry has seen the emergence of more vertically integrated competitors. Conversely, hyperscale cloud providers have even greater incentive to maintain independent optical supply chains to avoid over-reliance on a single ecosystem. As a major photonics company not yet controlled by a chip giant, Coherent is ideally positioned to fill this gap.
AI clusters require massive quantities of high-speed optical modules and laser sources; copper cabling can no longer meet bandwidth and power consumption requirements.
The company provides InP lasers, optical modules, CPO-related components, and the complete PhotonLink platform, making it one of the few independent suppliers with scalable vertical capabilities.
Strategic investment from NVIDIA + sold-out production capacity through 2027/28 + new product ramp-up indicate high order visibility; analysts have recently upgraded their ratings, recognizing the company’s scarcity value.
The stock price has fallen significantly from its year-to-date high, and its forward valuation is currently relatively reasonable; strong fundamentals and the upcoming earnings report are expected to support a recovery in market sentiment.
Short-Term Forecast (Next 1–4 Weeks): The earnings report around November 4 will be critical. If order visibility, production ramp-up, and gross margin continue to meet expectations, the stock is likely to rebound and test the $220–$240 range; if execution or guidance falls short of expectations, it may continue to seek support around $190–$200. The average medium-term analyst price target remains around $380–$420, but capital expenditures and cash flow warrant close attention, as volatility is expected to be high.
Risk Factors: Changes in the pace of AI capital expenditures; execution of capacity expansion and gross margin targets; customer concentration; intensifying industry competition (particularly from vertically integrated rivals); and overall volatility in tech stock sentiment. The optical sector is highly volatile and prone to sharp swings.

For $NVDA, suppliers’ joint R&D capabilities, delivery speed, and production capacity assurance are very important. Maintaining multiple technology suppliers also helps preserve procurement flexibility. For $COHR, I believe what is most worth revaluing is the value of being an independent light-source supplier. It possesses InP and other compound semiconductor manufacturing capabilities, covering lasers, optical components, and data-center interconnect technologies. After the integration of MRVL and LITE, DSP will be deeply tied to their own lasers, and large customers may be unwilling to rely on a single technology platform for all critical light sources. In this context, Coherent’s independence could actually become an advantage.
I think the most noteworthy direction is whether COHR can, through its positioning as an independent light-source supplier, secure more long-term capacity commitments from hyperscale cloud providers

What they did to $LITE needs to be studied
They effectively took one of the last independent optical pure plays off the board
Meanwhile, $COHR remains independent, with a $40B market cap and a $2B NVIDIA investment
The optical trade isn’t going away. The question is who gets to capture the upside
I’m betting on $COHR

$AAOI is trading at $5.3B ~$62/share. Here’s what it should be worth TODAY if management just hits their own numbers.
Management guided mid-2027 data center transceiver run-rate:
> 100G/400G: ~$90M/month.
> 800G: ~$217M/month.
> 1.6T: ~$164M/month.
= ~$471M/month or ~$5.65B annualized from data center alone (before CATV).
Capacity is already being built for >930k units/month of 800G + 1.6T by end-2027. The InP deal we just saw is the upstream confirmation that this is real.
Simple valuation if they execute:
> 2027 revenue: $3.5–4.5B (conservative vs the monthly run-rate).
> Gross margin path to 35–40%.
> Operating margin 18–22% → $650–900M operating profit.
> 18–20x EV/EBIT on a scaled AI optics name.
= $12–18B enterprise value.
That’s $140–210/share vs ~$62 today.
The market is still pricing $AAOI like a small-cap that might grow.
Management is telling you they’re building a multi-billion dollar capacity machine.
This HUGE gap is the opportunity.
We are long and bullish, NFA.
You guys do not understand how IMPORTANT this deal is and its meaning.
$AAOI just locked a five-year supply agreement with Yunnan Xinyao (Yunnan Germanium) for 900,000 4-inch InP substrates through 2031.
> 180,000 substrates per year.
> $194.4M value for 2027 alone.
> ~$1,080 implied price per substrate.
You don’t lock this volume for five years unless you already have the demand and the capacity roadmap to use it.
$AAOI is targeting >930,000 800G and 1.6T transceiver units per month by the end of 2027.
This deal is the upstream confirmation that those production ambitions are real.
Securing the bottleneck material at this scale is how you position for the AI optics supercycle.
For those who don’t know, InP is the critical upstream material for the lasers inside high-speed optical transceivers.
The market is still pricing $AAOI like a small-cap optics name. The supply chain is already pricing it like a capacity winner.

$AAOI biggest asset is its U.S. manufacturing footprint and $MRVL ~$115B acquisition of $LITE just highlighted why.
When one of largest independent laser makers is sold out through 2029 and being absorbed into a chip company then the independent U.S. optical manufacturing capacity becomes super valuable.
The biggest catch I see is that AAOI’s 1.6T ramp is already delayed by DSP shortages and Marvell (major supplier of those chips) is now buying a competing transceiver business.
$MRVL just made a ~$115B bet on the future of AI infrastructure, agreeing to acquire $LITE in an all-stock deal.
Marvell CEO Matt Murphy calls this “an opportunity that comes along once in a generation” as traditional copper connections start hitting their limits with rising AI bandwidth demands.
By combining Lumentum’s lasers and optical transceivers with Marvell’s networking silicon, the combined company is targeting a $550B addressable market as data centers increasingly shift toward optical connectivity.
You Idiots. Unforgivable. You should all be immediately fired for the botched abortion you call the midterms.
