So, let me get this straight:
A staff member gifts some DLC to arguably the most viewed gaming streamer on the planet. Members of your “community” try to dox, harass and otherwise threaten a staff member, and your response is to remove that DLC from the streamer and then throw that staff member under the bus?
Unbelievable capitulation to the extremist 1%
God help us in the 7 Days to Die community.
If I’m scrolling and I see “Show more” on your post, and it takes more than two swipes down and I haven’t reached the end, you can bet I’m hitting “Show less” and moving on.
"WE CAN TAKE THE HEAT!"
immediately folds at the sight of a single match ... 🤦♂️
This weekend, a Dead by Daylight team member awarded in-game content and currency to a creator streaming our game. Although it is not unusual to unlock content to give creators discovering DbD a chance to have a sneak peek at available content, this decision was made without receiving appropriate approvals. Furthermore, the team member's subsequent comments and conduct do not align with Dead by Daylight’s core values.
When concerns about this decision became apparent during the stream, we should have responded by looking into these concerns, not dismissing them.
Unfortunately, we’ve now seen the fallout of this decision unfolding in many conversations across the DbD community. We appreciate and stand with our community’s willingness to ensure our shared values are being upheld, at all times, regardless of popularity, and we’re heartbroken at the inflammatory language now being directed towards our community.
At the same time, threatening employees will never be acceptable, and we’re asking everyone to stop engaging with these posts.
We apologize to our community for letting you down. We have already begun reviewing our internal processes to prevent an incident like this from happening again.
This DBD "community" on this app is a goddamn dumpster fire ...
People losing their minds over one of, if not THE, most popular streamers in the world being gifted some DLC.
Calling him out for alleged "bad behaviour" while providing no proof whatsoever.
So glad I skipped this game. What a cesspool it's become ....

FFS. You read one tweet about some BS drama on game you don’t even like or play, and now my entire timeline is filled with DbD nonsense.
I hate algorithms sometimes ….
Sam Altman @sama
I’ve got a couple spare PCs kicking around gathering dust, with around 64gb of RAM between them.
Want it? Well tough shit - you can’t have it.
Fuck the fuck off. All the way off.
OpenAI CEO Sam Altman says it’s “quite terrible” that people have so much DRAM sitting in their own PCs instead of being used in data centers.
“Everyone have a bunch of the world’s limited supply of DRAM sitting in their own computer. And be used 5% of the time,”
He argues that cloud data centers should make better use of limited memory supplies instead of people running AI models locally.
They say you die twice. Once when you are deceased, and once when someone says your name for the last time.
With that thought in mind, I think Sir Patrick Stewart may live forever.
Safe travels Captain 🚀
I don't use a random frame from the video, but I do use the first frame as a background (blurred, but it's still the first frame) 🤷♂️
This is Chilli. Chilli is very curious, and also very disappointed with my dirty desk.
Chilli wants to know what everyone's doing all the time.
He also thinks my computer mouse is a real mouse, and insists on trying to catch it by its "tail". ☺️
“Nontent” 😂🤣😂🤣
🚨 Kick CEO Eddie Kraven admits "Playstation" is not willing to put Kick on it's console. Eddie also spoke on Kick's financial losses over the years and urged streamers to stream quality instead of quantity, highlighting some streamers who stretch out their nontent hours to make more KPP income from Kick.
"Playstation at this point in time has been unwilling to work with us."
"Kick has lost a lot of money over the years, but in the long term we are confident, there will be many more opportunities for monetization."
"We had some streamers who were doing 2 hours streams, and then suddenly KPP came out. They started to stream for 12 hours and their viewership dropped. Quality vs Quantity. If you are going to stream for 10 hours, are people geniunely going to watch you?"
now that #Valheim is officially finished, it has become my "chill cozy" offline game.
Just wandering around exploring, no enemy aggro, gathering resources, building, fishing.
It's so relaxing ... 🙂
