Good news on Mr Clyde at the big hospital. He’s made it through his operation and is resting today.
That’s his biggest wound of 4. He is eating well and I’ve told Bonnie he’ll be back in 5-6 days. We keep believing 🤞🤞🤞

「幸せは過大評価されている。一方で、人生における『意味』は過小評価されている。
幸せは、日の出や日の入りのようなものなんだ。
その光景を目の前にして、ただその瞬間を味わう。美しくて、そこにいるだけで満たされる。太陽が昇る、あるいは沈んでいく。それは完璧な瞬間だ。

たとえば、『今はつらいけれど、子どもたちのために頑張っている』『母のために頑張っている』『自分の未来のために頑張っている』。そんなふうに思えるかもしれない。
自分がなぜそれをしているのか、その意味を理解しているからこそ、つらい時期も耐えられるようになる。
そして、ここが一番伝えたいことなんだけど、人生に意味を見出すことは、やがて喜びをもたらしてくれる。
喜び（Joy）は、幸せ（Happiness）よりも、もっと深いものなんだ。」

I took Bonnie for a bike ride to see if she likes tennis balls. Unsurprisingly she does.
