Prime Minister Narender Modi Ji, You Are Suffering from Polymorphism An open letter ‘No political analyst will tell you this, so I will.’ The Diagnosis In chemistry, polymorphism describes a substance that can exist in more than one crystalline form. The composition is identical, but the internal arrangement changes, and with it the substance’s solubility, stability and responsiveness to its environment. One form may become harder, more rigid and less reactive, while looking, at a glance, exactly like the original. The observer who has lived with only one form for years cannot detect the shift. That is what has happened to your leadership. You feel the same intent, the same resolve, the same civilizational purpose. Nothing in you says anything has changed. But something has rearranged, and from inside you cannot see it. The people around you either cannot see it or gain nothing by saying so. Sycophancy is not merely flattery. It is a contaminant. It prevents any objective reading of history or of the present, and it spreads through the circle until the quality of counsel reaching you degrades. The chemists’ warning is worse still. In a famous pharmaceutical case, a drug began crystallising into a harder, less effective form, and once that form appeared it seeded itself through the entire production line until the original could no longer be made. Rigidity at the centre does not stay at the centre. I do not say this to insult you. I say it because the leader who built this movement is not the one currently leading it, and he can still return. Polymorphism is reversible, but only while the material can still be rearranged. What follows are the symptoms, the cause, and the cure. The Flinch You take strong decisions and then retreat from them. In 2015, the land acquisition ordinance was allowed to lapse after months of pressure. In 2021, the three farm laws, which you had defended as historic reform, were repealed after a year of protest. Each retreat may have had its own logic. Together they show a pattern: the louder the campaign against you, the faster you yield. A leader who retreats once is being tactical. A leader who retreats repeatedly has stopped trusting his own first instinct. It reads less like recalibration and more like a wound that now shapes the speed and the nerve of every decision. The man who once acted without hesitation can no longer reliably reach the version of himself who did. Understand the distinction, because the rest of this letter depends on it. Yielding to people who will never vote for you, never respect you and never stop is a retreat. Turning back toward people who have stood with you through every election is a homecoming. The first is weakness. The second is leadership. The tragedy is that you have been doing the first while neglecting the second. Carrying the Blame The first duty of a leader is to carry blame, including blame he does not deserve. This is the quality that separates those who hold power from those who merely occupy office. You are called a dictator by people who have never forgiven the voters for choosing you. You have faced those voters three times and been returned each time. The charge is false, and the proof is in the ballot box. Foreign editorials publish hit jobs under the banner of journalism. Hostile political and media networks, globalist institutions and leftist media work in concert. Their aim is not to persuade the nation. It is to guilt you into doubting your own judgment. And it works. After every strong decision, you seem to carry the wound of it, and the next move is a retreat. They have learned that the way to move you is to call you names. Answer with calm, not concession. A thick skin is not arrogance. It is the price of the office. Blame you do not deserve is not a verdict to be answered with retreat. It is weight to be carried, so that the people behind you can stand upright. Do not confuse this with refusing to answer for real failures, which is a separate duty owed to your own voters. But you must stop treating a hostile campaign as a court. The Drift into Office-Office Meanwhile, the mission has thinned. Timelines extend on bureaucratic programs that register no real resonance with the public. You were not elected to play Office-Office. Any competent administrator can deliver incremental progress, and many mediocre ones could manage it. The mandate you were given was civilizational velocity, a Hindu renaissance, and your recent utterances have lost the purpose that once carried it. What was once a current has become a dragging, dead weight on the very renaissance you accelerated. The Last Strike An endgame is what experience is supposed to produce. Instead, there is a long tenure on vague missions and no definitive destination. Consider what your experience actually contains. You have governed through demonetization, through COVID, through the Doklam and Galwan standoffs, through Balakot and Operation Sindoor, through the CAA protests and a year-long siege over the farm laws. Any one of these would have ended another leader, and several were loudly predicted to end you. You remained viable through all of them. No Hindu leader in living memory has been tested by so many disruptions and still held the field, and I doubt we will see another who does. That record is more than a legacy. It is data, more than any Hindu leader has ever held in one place: how the state behaves under shock, how your opponent fights and where they overreach, how foreign institutions respond when pressed, how far the public will follow you and where it stops. And here is the order of things, as old as kingship itself. A ruler arrives, and he learns. He endures the shocks, gathers the data, and studies the enemy. Then, in the last chapter of his rule, he strikes not for the next election but for the next three centuries, and what he builds is built to stand without him. Shivaji spent decades learning the terrain, the enemy and the limits of his own strength. In the last years of his life, he was crowned and then marched south to take Jinji, a second base far from the heartland. It looked like an adventure at the time. After his death, when Aurangzeb overran Maharashtra itself, it was Jinji that kept the Maratha cause alive, and the state outlived both its founder and its most powerful enemy. Raja Raja Chola, at the height of his power, did not cling to it. He made his son Rajendra co-ruler while he still lived, and within a generation the Chola empire reached further than it ever had under the father. Both understood the truth you must now accept: the last act of a great ruler is to make himself dispensable. A king who builds a kingdom that needs him has built a monument, not a state. Only a king who builds one that survives him has built a civilisation. Your dispensability is not an insult to your legacy. It is the proof of it. So, the data you hold has one proper use: clarity about what Hindus will be defending for the next hundred years, which lines are fixed, which institutions must be rebuilt, and which battles are ours to fight and which are not. Only you hold the data to give that clarity, and it is what your people are waiting for. If, with all of this behind you, you still distrust your own judgment, the question becomes unavoidable. It would mean you were not learning through those years but only enduring, and that survival was luck and not mastery. I do not believe that. But a leader who keeps flinching at his own conclusions leaves us no way to disprove it. This is the point at which every long-serving leader must ask the hardest question of all: not what else you can do, but what must outlive you. The Missing Second Pillar The answer to that question is succession, and here you have not answered. Our people repeatedly lost entitlement to their own lands, not only to external force but to leaders who failed to pass the baton to the right successors at the right time. Vijayanagara was the last great Hindu empire of the south. After Krishnadevaraya died in 1529, it drifted through succession disputes and regents who held more power than their kings, until it collapsed at Talikota in 1565. Ranjit Singh built the Sikh empire in a single lifetime. He died in 1839, and within ten years Punjab was annexed, because no one had been prepared to hold what he had made. The pattern is the same each time: a towering figure, a missing second pillar, and a collapse within a generation. You have not allowed a clear successor to emerge in your party. None has been tested in the open, and none has been trained and raised for the load. Those around you have not read this history objectively, or they have read it and chosen not to say. Succession planning is not disloyalty. It is the duty of care you owe to the project you lead. The man who believes the movement cannot survive him has told his enemies exactly where to strike. Your Enemies Have Done the Arithmetic The name-calling is the method. The missing successor is the motive. Ask yourself why the assault is so relentless, and why it comes from every direction at once: foreign editorials, street campaigns, institutions that never accepted your mandate, and a media that has never forgiven you. It would be a comfort to believe it is only hatred. It is not. It is mathematics. Your enemies have studied the structure you built, and they have found the flaw you refuse to see. Every great edifice has many load-bearing walls. Yours has one. When a lattice depends on a single bond, the strategy of the adversary is simple. He does not need to storm the fortress or win the argument. He needs only to keep striking that one point, again and again, until it gives. They are not attacking a prime minister. They are attacking a single point of failure. They know that when you fall, tire or flinch, there is no one standing behind you who can hold the line. No second voice that the nation already trusts. No tested hand to take the baton. Remove you, and the movement does not pass to a successor. It scatters. That is why the intensity keeps rising. A man with an heir invites criticism. A man without one invites a siege. Every hit job and every manufactured outrage is a stress test, applied by people who badly want to know how much weight the structure can bear once you are gone. And by leaving the question unanswered, you are the one who made it worth asking. The People Who Carried You While you face the siege from outside, your own base waits in silence. Upper-caste Hindus have been the most reliable support of your politics. In 2024, according to CSDS-Lokniti, 53 per cent of them voted for the BJP, and 60 per cent for the NDA as a whole. They now carry a grievance that grows heavier with each passing year. Your government’s UGC Equity Regulations define caste discrimination as something that can only be done to students from SC, ST and OBC backgrounds. They offer no clear protection to a general-category student wrongly accused, and no penalty for the false complaint. That is not a flaw in the drafting. It is a premise: that one group of students is presumed guilty by design before any case begins. This is not new, and that is what should trouble you most. In 2018, when the Supreme Court tried to add safeguards against automatic arrest under the SC/ST Act, Parliament overturned the ruling. Each time, the base is told to trust the intent, and each time it discovers that the structure assumes its guilt. You have spent years condemning the Congress-era Prevention of Communal and Targeted Violence Bill, drafted in 2011 under Sonia Gandhi’s advisory council, which critics argued made the Hindu majority guilty by default. It was rightly resisted and never passed. Yet your own government has now produced a rule built on the same instinct, and it fell to students and parents from the general category to go to court to defend themselves against it. They should never have had to. A leader who yields to his enemies and then legislates against his friends has the order of things backwards. They expect one more thing, something more basic. Where Hindus face violence and a state government fails to act, they expect you to use every constitutional power you hold to protect them. Whatever else explains the 2024 result, a base that feels unheard eventually stops being moved. There is a native saying: if the king sulks with his own subjects, over whom will he rule? When core concerns are filtered through intermediaries and treated as secondary, trust thins, and no amount of aura can substitute for it. The Last Warning, Offered in Friendship Understand what is being offered here. Your core voters have not left. They are still with you, and that is precisely why they are speaking this plainly, because no one writes an open letter to a leader he has given up on. They are prepared to forget. The UGC rules, the SC/ST amendment, the long silence: all of it can be set aside if you turn back now. That willingness to forgive is a currency, and it is still in circulation. It will not stay in circulation forever. If the course is not corrected, the next step will not be a quiet abstention. A base that feels betrayed by its own leader, and has no faith in the opposition either, does not simply go home. It organises. General Category Hindus will build a political movement of their own, one that rejects you and your opponents alike, and they will commit to a long battle measured in decades and not election cycles. You will have created an adversary that no hostile editorial ever could: your own supporters, with a grievance, a grudge and a generation to spend on both. This is not a threat. It is the last warning of people who would rather not give it. The Reminder of Jambavan When Hanuman forgot his own strength, Jambavan did not flatter him. He stated the forgotten capacity and the immediate task. I will do the same. Your powers remain. The form has changed, and while it can still be rearranged, it can be reversed. After a point, it locks in. So, pause, and not as a messaging exercise. Take a structural pause in which you examine the lattice and unwind what has hardened. Then: Come home. > Reopen direct, unmediated lines of communication with your core voters, and amend the rules and decisions that treat them as suspects. This is not retreat. It is a homecoming. > Elevate capable successors, and let them be tested in the open. > Stop flinching at your enemies. Treat the name-calling and the hit jobs as the cost of the job, not as verdicts to be answered with concession. > Answer to your voters, not to your critics. Accountability is owed to the people who gave you the mandate, and it is measured by whether you deliver what you promised them. > Build the second pillar, and the third. Let the nation see who stands behind you. The day your enemies look at the structure and can no longer find the single bond to strike, the siege will lose its purpose. A successor is not a threat to your legacy. It is the only thing that makes it impossible to destroy. The attacks will continue, precisely because your enemies know you have not yet given them a reason to stop. The only question is whether they meet a leader who has regained his nerve or one who has mistaken rigidity for resolve. Somewhere in the quiet architecture of your leadership, the lattice has set into a harder shape: the same substance, the same fire, but no longer able to flow, to bend, or to carry force to where it is needed. What once dissolved into the nation’s hopes now sits apart from them. And rigidity is never content to stay where it begins. One hardened crystal seeds the next, until the circle around you, the party behind you and the movement beyond them all take on the same brittle shape. This is how a civilizational current freezes: not in a single night, but one quiet conversion at a time. The window is still open. Melt what has hardened. Return to the voters who carried you, and let the nation see the hands that will carry the flame after yours. Rise to the call of Jambavan, remember what you are, and leap. The alternative is not rest. It is the slow setting of everything you built into stone. The powers remain. The form has changed. That is the civilizational duty of care. Everything else is merely timeline extension.

24% of the students in this list are Indian Americans. They make up only 1.5% of the US population. THIS IS WHY you see a higher proportion of Indians in STEM professions. But some MAGA idiot will comment "they scammed their way in". How do you scam your way into getting a 4.0+ GPA, MAGAtards? 🤡

He is shouting helplessly at a train that has passed him by.
Seventy-nine years ago today, Indian forces landed in Srinagar, and a long night fell over Jammu & Kashmir. For nearly eight decades, the Kashmiri people have been denied their inalienable right to self-determination, a right affirmed by the UN Security Council. They have endured repression, incarceration and immense suffering, yet their resolve has never broken. On this solemn day, I pay tribute to the countless Kashmiri men, women and children whose sacrifices keep the flame of freedom alive. Aspirations rooted in justice cannot be extinguished by coercion. Pakistan stands with Kashmir today and always. We will continue our moral, diplomatic and political support until this dispute is resolved in accordance with UNSC resolutions and the will of the Kashmiri people. #KashmirBlackDay
