They called it apartheid. The ballot box called them liars. Arab and Muslim parties are winning 17 seats in Israel’s parliament, the Knesset. Arab turnout was above 70% in town after town. Wait, I thought Zionists were racist, so how come these “racists” are giving parliamentary seats to Arabs and Muslims, who, in turn, came out to vote? Some villages hit 90% turnout.
They democratically participated and voted in a Zionist democratic system they believe in?
Arabs now hold about 14% of Israel’s parliament. Muslim MPs hold about 4% of Britain’s. Odd kind of apartheid, where the “oppressed” vote harder than London does.
On October 26, @MayorOliviaChow was re-elected Mayor by a majority of Torontonians. Now Mayor Olivia Chow has a choice: continue with the status quo, which has left Jewish residents demanding stronger leadership, or use her new mandate to rebuild their trust.
Since the Hamas terrorist attacks of October 7, 2023, antisemitism, Jewish safety and the freedom to openly support Israel have become urgent concerns in our city. Mayor Chow’s response over the past three years has too often fallen short of the clear, consistent leadership these concerns demand.
With a new mandate comes renewed responsibility, and Toronto’s news media should be asking what it will mean for Jewish Torontonians.

BREAKING: Francesca Albanese, Hamas’ de facto U.N. spokesperson, gets rebuked after her presentation by a cross-regional coalition including the United States, Italy, Argentina, Romania, Bulgaria, Czechia, and Fiji.
Argentina: “The objectivity is questionable. The report overlooks the military use of civilian infrastructure such as schools by Hamas and other terrorist groups.”
Fiji: “Resolution 5/2 binds every mandate holder to impartiality and restraint. A pattern of public commentary has in our assessment moved outside that code.”
Romania: “The issue of antisemitism as well as Holocaust distortion and denial are top priorities for my country.”
Italy: “The independence and credibility of the mandates are best served by the consistent respect and application of the Code of Conduct.”
Bulgaria: “It is essential that special rapporteurs be guided in their work by the Code of Conduct for special procedure mandate holders of the Human Rights Council and uphold the principles of independence, impartiality, objectivity, balance, and non-selectivity.”
Czechia: “We wish to underline the importance of impartiality, accuracy, and due consideration of the historical context in the special rapporteur's work.”
8 years ago on October 27, 2018, the Jewish community in Pittsburgh experienced a horrific terror attack at the Tree of Life Synagogue, where 11 people were murdered on Shabbat morning, and 6 more injured.
Today, we stand with the three congregations who were gathered for services that day, Tree of Life, the New Light, and Dor Hadash, and remember & honour the victims of that horrific terror attack.

Teachers are there to EDUCATE. Using classroom authority to push an anti-Israel political agenda or make Jewish students feel targeted is unacceptable.

I’m deeply alarmed by Israeli actions in the occupied West Bank.

The commission is made up of individuals who have a longstanding anti-Israel bias that you must tell your readers about: ⬇️

• Advocated ending Australia’s two-way arms trade with Israel.
• In 2022, said accusations of antisemitism were thrown around “like rice at a wedding".
• Accused Israel’s military of being “one of the most criminal armies in the world.”
📌 Srinivasan Muralidhar:
• Accused Israeli forces of deliberately targeting and killing Palestinian children.
📌 Florence Mumba:
• Accused Israel of intentionally killing journalists because they have "something to hide.”
• Participated in presenting the commission’s report accusing Israel of deliberately targeting Palestinian children.
⚠️ This is the makeup of the UN’s “Commission of Inquiry.” Their bias isn’t subtle; it’s undeniable and on record.
AND this is not the first time the CoI has tried to falsely smear the Jewish state.
In 2025, they also released a report accusing Israel of “genocide” in Gaza, using multiple pieces of so-called evidence to argue their case.
But just like now, the report was neither impartial nor credible.
Canada’s news media MUST NOT repeat the false genocide libel uncritically and instead reveal the Commission of Inquiry for what it is: a body marked by longstanding anti-Israel bias, intent on deliberately vilifying the Jewish state by creating a false narrative of the highest crime.
