This amazing! I wish group theorist (and creator of the finite automata 'game of life'), John Conway were still here to see this: cfsg.axiommath.ai/. 43M lines of Lean proof.

Happy International Artists Day to all the incredible creators out there !!
I think art can be found in so many things we don't always think of as art. It could be the way you arrange flowers, how you cook a meal, or even the way you make a joke and post it
No matter what you create from the heart, I believe it's worth sharing. Whether it's with your friend or for the world.. you never know where it might end up. Like this song for example - this is Canon in D by Pachelbel, and it was written in the 1600s.. and here I am in the 2020s playing it in my own style :) It's lived on for centuries ! You never know how far something you create might travel <3

"how hard can it be" is how you build something never done before.
it's an extremely useful delusion to have.

I've been working off-and-on on a programming language since December. The repo is private. Only 2-3 people have seen it. I have no plans to make it public, to write a paper about it, anything. I just … like … building languages to explore ideas. It's my little basil plant.

I know I might sound like an old record, but why does undoing a change in a material take seconds?
I don't care if it's 10 or 2.
Why is the unit of measurement *seconds*?
I will not stop pointing this out until developers everywhere understand how fast PCs are.
