Really good to see some high profile support for the effectiveness of #WorkFromHome models from @santanderuk CEO Mike Regnier: allowing staff to do so can improve both their performance and their wellbeing, particularly for those with disabilities and/or health conditions.
Having senior management role modeling #workfromhome is so important to normalise wfh practices and to associate it with performance enhancing practices. Thus its great to see the boss of @santanderuk lead the way. Others should follow suit! theguardian.com/business/art…

It will also identify areas for improvement that could help improve worker wellbeing and retention/sickness leave rates, among other areas. All data will be anonymised, and the company name will not appear in any publications, unless you request otherwise (5/6)
If this is something that you'd be interested, do please DM us and/or get in touch at [email protected], and we can set up a call to discuss the project in more detail. We'd love to hear from you! (6/6)

#Menopause is debilitating for many of us. As someone who suffered from other types of long term chronic illnesses, the way menopause hit me just before my 45th birthday was much more severe than anything else. To ignore that is just plain sexism. theguardian.com/society/2024…

A wonderful opportunity to discuss our emerging findings with a brilliant line up of panellists, but also a great example of how well hybrid meetings can be conducted when facilitated correctly! Thank you to @wendychambLD for chairing so well, and to @ChloeSWilson for arranging.
