解读下今早 Hyperliquid 的新公告，开头又是「Based on user feedback」。最近的更新，基本都在精修细节。 先说背景：Hyperliquid 对每个地址的「下单/撤单次数」是有限速的，历史累计成交量越大，能发的订单和撤单次数就越多。 之前 HIP-3 永续的成交量贡献，只按「协议那份」手续费折算成交量。其实还是不够人性化，毕竟不代表实际真实的成交量。 因此下次升级后，就改成按「全部」手续费 (部署者那份 + 协议那份) 来计算。 大多数 HIP-3 市场是 50/50 分成，所以升级后同一笔成交对限速额度的贡献会变成 2 倍。

Jeff just announced an important upgrade for Hyperliquid users, especially those trading HIP-3 markets. With this upgrade, trading volume on HIP-3 will count roughly 2x towards your L1 usage limits. This is particularly beneficial for market makers, trading bots, automated strategies and high-frequency traders.
