IPEPCIL AGM Post-Event Stakeholder Interaction | Maharashtra’s Youth for Global Opportunities Following the IPEPCIL 47th AGM, an engaging interaction with key stakeholders and professionals from the international workforce mobility sector was held in the presence of Hon’ble Shri Pasha Patel, Chairman, Maharashtra State Agricultural Price Commission and Executive Chairman, Chief Minister’s Environment & Sustainable Development Task Force. The discussions focused on strengthening legal, skilled and sustainable workforce mobility, with special emphasis on positioning the youth of Maharashtra for global employment opportunities. The initiative aligns with the vision of Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri Devendra Fadnavis and the recently proposed State-level conference/conclave bringing together diplomats from destination countries, Central and State Government officials and stakeholders of the overseas recruitment fraternity to develop a strategic framework for preparing Maharashtra’s youth for international employment. IPEPCIL has entrusted Shri Pasha Patel to take the initiative forward in consultation with the Hon’ble Chief Minister and the Labour Ministry, in collaboration with IPEPCIL and its member fraternity. The proposed university initiative will further support skill development, international-standard competency building and Pre-Departure Orientation Training (PDOT), enabling young aspirants not only to secure overseas employment but also to successfully sustain themselves in the destination countries. #IPEPCIL #AnnualGeneralMeeting #IndustryLeadership #IndustryCollaboration #BusinessNetworking #ProfessionalEngagement #Leadership #BusinessCommunity #CorporateEvents #Networking #IndustryGrowth #laborministries, #MEAOE, #MOS, #Skilldevelopment, #WorkforceMobility, #ILO, #IOM, #ICM, #UN, #MOFA, #GHC, #NSDC,#MaharashtraGovt,#UPGovt, #PGE, #POEs

🚨 URGENT: Attention @MEAIndia @SecretaryCPVOIA @CPVIndia EC rejections and prolonged Registration Certificate (RC) renewal delays are bringing legitimate overseas recruitment activities to a standstill. Thousands of EC applications have been rejected, while expired RCs are preventing agencies from functioning and affecting Indian workers waiting for overseas employment. Despite repeated representations, the issue remains unresolved. We respectfully request urgent intervention and a clear, practical solution. Please amplify. 🙏 #Emigration #OverseasEmployment #IndianWorkers

Pleased to address the inaugural session of the Human Resource Mobility Forum. In an increasingly connected world, trusted mobility pathways will play a key role in sustaining growth, fostering innovation, and maintaining global productivity. Highlighted : ➡️ 🇮🇳’s vision for mobility partnerships based on mutual benefit, shared responsibility, and long-term sustainability. ➡️ Our commitment to safe, orderly and legal migration reflected in our 28 Migration and Mobility partnership agreements. ➡️ Advances in techology, automation and green economy, as well as changes in demography, that are transforming global labour markets. These require greater cooperation between governments, industry, educational institutions, and international organisations. ➡️ Our efforts to ensure timely assistance to our nationals overseas through the ICWF, responsive consular services, MADAD, eMigrate 2.0 and other portals. Confident that the Forum will generate valuable insights, strengthen partnerships, and contribute meaningfully to our collective efforts in shaping the future of global talent mobility.
