Roflumilast is pan PDE4 and nerandomilast is a nextgen selective PDE4b inhibitor. Whether this difference is crucial? 🤷🏼♂️ However, a lot of preclinical data suggestive roflumilast may have role in IPF thru 📈 cAMP. Not aware of trial to confirm tho. 🤷🏼♂️
