Welcome. I’m Samuel (@I_BuildSmart), based in Awka, Anambra State. I help people build smarter and cheaper homes by sharing real lessons from the field; the kind you only learn on active sites. My focus is practical construction guidance, site supervision, and project support so you avoid the expensive mistakes that quietly drain budgets: poor material control, weak DPC details, rushed concrete work, missing floor-plan discipline, and more. I prepare Bills of Quantities, support clients through planning and execution, and call out the silent cost killers most contractors hope you never notice. Expect regular value: • Field-tested construction hacks • Cost-control strategies that actually work in Nigeria • Straight talk on site management and project delivery I also share occasional thoughts on football and the issues that shape our space. Whether you’re planning a new build, renovating, or simply want to stop overpaying for avoidable errors, you’re in the right place. DM is open for project support and consultations. Let’s build better.

This is a great proposal. But practically speaking, you will manually need to use plung each time to push the water over the curve.

A wooden casement window 😂 and then a louvres.
