You can't modify fire doors and expect them to work, this is non-compliant and a safety risk to those in the building in event of a fire. lnkd.in/p/erwDn7KM
Labour and Conservative governments have not looked after food security, they have failed the nation and must take responsibility for causing unemployment and shipping emissions importing food from overseas as well as the inflation that has caused.

🏘️ Landlords are being offered rents of up to twice the market rate to house asylum seekers, prompting accusations that British families are being pushed aside under Labour.
The deals, offered by accommodation provider Clearsprings Ready Homes, include three-year contracts and payments covering bills, council tax and maintenance.
One landlord in Southwark, south London, said he had been offered £4,500 a month for a three-bedroom flat to house migrants. That compares with £1,790 a month offered by Southwark Council for the same property to house social housing tenants.
😱 The landlord described the offer as “nuts”, claiming he would have had to terminate his existing agreement with the council and risk leaving families homeless to take it up.
He told The Sun: “I already rent to Southwark Council, and they are able to offer significantly more than the local authority, which to me is bizarre.”
He added: “I didn't go with them because it would have meant terminating my contract with Southwark Council and putting families at serious risk of homelessness. I am not prepared to do that.”
😡 The revelation has sparked criticism over the use of public money to secure accommodation for asylum seekers while families struggle to find affordable homes.
Shadow Home Secretary Chris Philp said: “It is a day of shame for Labour that hard-working Brits are being kicked out of flats so they can be let out at twice the price for illegal immigrants.”
Reform UK's Robert Jenrick also criticised the arrangements, saying: “This is everything that's wrong with broken Britain.”
He added: “The Government is spending millions of pounds of taxpayers' money to roll out the red carpet for illegal migrants, while leaving domestic abuse victims as afterthoughts.”

Channel 4 is supposed to be politically impartial.
Just weeks ago, Channel 4 aired what I believe was a failed hit job on Reform UK over political donations.
Now Labour Prime Minister Andy Burnham is being handed a primetime appearance on Celebrity Gogglebox.
Where are the invitations for Nigel Farage, Kemi Badenoch, Ed Davey and Zack Polanski?
Channel 4 is increasingly looking like a mouthpiece for the Labour Party.
They aren't even trying to hide it anymore.

There’s already a mixed pond ( where you ID however you like) & a men’s pond. There is zero reason for males to be in the women’s pond or women’s changing rooms. Good luck @SexMattersOrg
Sex Matters is heading to the High Court on 3rd and 4th November.
We’re challenging the City of London Corporation’s decision to allow men who identify as women to use the Ladies’ Pond, including its changing rooms and showers.
The City has a lawful option: keep the Ladies’ Pond for women, the Men’s Pond for men and the Mixed Pond for both sexes. We’re asking the court to hold it to the law.

👉 On permitting Jackdaw, the Government were congratulating themselves for a “pragmatic” decision that was good for UK jobs and UK businesses, UK investment and UK tax receipts.
All of these stand for Rosebank.
On the oil “being exported” -
🔹 1 - Yes, to Europe, for refining. It’s then able to come back as the diesel, jet fuel and other products we all use. It doesn’t get stuck in the Straits of Hormuz.
🔹 2 - Since when did we not support UK exports?

I agree with this completely.
If far left protesters want to smash up British towns and cities on 20 November, let the police deal with them.
We've seen the violence and disorder across Europe over the past fortnight, with Palestinian flags and keffiyehs prominent at many demonstrations.
The last thing we need is counter protests muddying the waters and giving the media an opportunity to paint the right in a bad light if violence erupts.
If extremists choose violence, let them disgrace themselves in front of the entire country.
20TH NOVEMBER UK PROTESTS: MY ADVICE? STAY HOME.
If the planned protests by the left go ahead, my advice is simple. Do NOT counter-protest.
I understand the anger. I understand the temptation to turn up and make your voice heard.
But if things turn ugly, you risk being dragged into the fallout, regardless of your intentions.
Sometimes the smartest move is knowing when not to get involved.
Don’t give anyone the opportunity to turn the situation against you.
Just my take on the upcoming protests.
