1/ Reflecting on @ArtBasel Miami last week, two of our favorite works at the fair were interactive pieces: Jesús Rafael Soto’s “Penetrable”, presented by @RGRART, and @ix_shells “No Me Olvides”, presented by @artxcode_io and @fellowshiptrust

As we gear up for Art Basel Miami 2025, we’re getting very excited for Zero 10, a curated space at the heart of the fair showcasing digital and new media art, including AI, robotics, generative works, and immersive installations. @eli_schein titled this fair based on the 1915 exhibition, The Last Futurist Exhibition of Painting “0,10”, staged by Kazimir Malevish and fellow Russian modernist artists.
Excited to announce the launch of 'Zero 10' a new global, multi-year initiative for art of the digital era at Art Basel.
We're kicking this off at Art Basel Miami Beach Dec 3-7. 10,000 sq ft of exhibition space on the main show floor.
Not upstairs, not offsite. This will be central to the Miami Beach fair experience and its 100,000 attendees and 10,000 onsite collectors.
New work from:

We’re thrilled that @beeple’s Diffuse Control has officially made its second stop and west coast debut @LACMA. For this presentation, the museum developed five new iterations, each drawing from distinct themes and artworks in LACMA’s permanent collection. The curatorial team selected works across multiple departments with a careful eye toward how Beeple’s bespoke AI system would interpret, distort, and recompose their imagery.

1/ Every so often, we acquire work that makes us see technology differently. @larvalabs’s Quine series recent series on @artblocks_io does just that. The code used here looks like woven cloth, making the series feel like a continuation of an ancient impulse: to embed knowledge into pattern, echoing Latin American weaving traditions.

Didn’t expect this at all. Heck I didn’t want to come since I was just abroad, but the last 48 hours are the most fun I’ve had in web3 since the 2021 mania.
The @ToledoMuseum is awesome. The block party was great. The drone show was a religious experience. Then Sunday Punks brunch followed by a baseball game and capping off with hours at Dave and Busters took me back to one of those idyllic end-of-summer days in high school.
It was the perfect weekend of art and friendship.

Last night, as the credits rolled on @joeyldotcom’s film premiere at the museum, I looked at every face in the crowd and felt light. Every single one, whether alongside us for years, or met for the first time, felt for us like we had - through pure magic or staggering luck, managed to find our people. The exact right frequency who hears what we’ve been trying to say, and who I learn from by watching and observing: you.
Through this documentary, we were able to tell our story in the way it really is. A little ugly. A little delusional. Made with care and craft. Time and grit. Human. Individual struggles colliding into collective and compounded triumphs. Where the myths are real yet not at all mystical. Where we touch the tools and technology of today, but ultimately are just trying to figure out how to be something that has felt a little lost. How to be humans together and build with one another in a time that can feel lonely and destructive. How to try to leave the worst of ourselves behind and leave something better for the next to come along. To create through family, friends, and tradition, but to do so not as luddites or worshippers of the past or pretense - to do so within the unhinged modern world we have of markets, automation, memes, and a flood of blue light trying to keep us apart.
A tremendous thank you to all who came out to see the first chapter of our story. To have your work alongside mine in the museum means everything to me. As amazing as the last few years have been I hope you feel what I feel: that the story has barely begun to be written. That the spotlight has shifted to others, and will grow yet be able to narrow and focus, surfacing the people behind each dot on the masquerade - those building this with us every step of the way.
We intend to screen the documentary again in the future and are actively looking at thoughtful ways to spread it further. Some of the announcements we previewed for those in attendance we will be sharing in the weeks to come as well.

As patrons of @SamSpratt's work, we’ve had the privilege of witnessing his incredible journey firsthand. Tonight at the @ToledoMuseum, @joeyldotcom's film brings that story: Sam’s world, his network, and the Masquerade will come to life at the first-ever Mask Holder event. We’re thrilled for this debut, and to gather with the community that makes Luci what it is today.

1/ Chapter 2: Data Lords
We’re back with our second 1/1 @XCOPYART acquisition reveal.
If Death by Algorithm was about the invisible systems shaping our choices…
Data Lords is about who’s behind them. Those who own the data don’t just predict behavior, but shape it. They rule, a hive of eyeballs always watching.

1/7 In May 1951, a group of young, broke, mostly unknown artists mounted a DIY exhibition in a condemned building at 60 East 9th Street in Manhattan. They patched the walls, strung the lights, and called it: The 9th Street Exhibition of Paintings and Sculpture. In many ways, marked the birth of the American Avant Garde.

1/7 By the late 1930s, Surrealism had shifted. What began as a literary movement in the 1920s had developed into a new visual language; strange objects, exotic materials, and theatrical displays. That transformation culminated in the Exposition Internationale du Surréalisme (1938), a landmark show in Paris that turned the gallery into an immersive, irrational dreamworld, curated by André Breton and Marcel Duchamp.

I minted this piece over a year ago. I knew I wanted to mark the specific moment in history. It wasn't about a quick sale or any of that stuff. I feel that art finds a home, the right home, when it is meant to. Mission accomplished.
1/7 This portrait isn’t just about one person—it captures a movement, a moment, and Coldie’s deep connection and embodiment of the early crypto art spirit.
We’re excited to welcome @Coldie to the Kanbas Collection with Brian Armstrong - Decentral Eyes - Variant 01.
