Career Path: 25% inducted into regular service after the first 4 years, while eligible Agniveers can opt for a second tour. After 6 years, all completing the second tour will be offered regular enrolment, subject to willingness and eligibility criteria. Flexibility: Voluntary exit option at 4 or 6 years.
