Pay: ₹43,500 (Year 1) and ₹47,500 (Year 2), plus allowances.
Seva Nidhi: 70% Government contribution, with a tax free exit corpus of ₹10.92 lakh (excluding interest).
Career Path: 25% inducted into regular service after the first 4 years, while eligible Agniveers can opt for a second tour. After 6 years, all completing the second tour will be offered regular enrolment, subject to willingness and eligibility criteria.
Flexibility: Voluntary exit option at 4 or 6 years.
