How does make sense.. city being investigated for this. Ok what about the other clubs… fact” something not right here..
Truth!
🗣Souness: "Its cruel on #ManCity. This is because of FFP, set up by the big clubs to protect big clubs. They've said, 'We are the big guys, we generate the most, let's set up a rule that prevents City buying the best players and we're not the big boys anymore.' Its jealousy" 👏

I think all the teams that have called us CHEATS should have points deducted and there fans should be fined 100 quid each

When you deep it, Manchester City are the best financial operation of the current day. Surrounded by clubs in debt, owned by idiots who don’t really give a shit about the English game.
Funny that’s it’s City the hounded ones and the victims of the biggest corruptions scheme.

Well done premier league. We won the cup we were on the verge of competing. FFP kicks in. We have to sell Anderson and Minteh. Isak goes. Shit season follows. Lose Bruno Gordon & Tonali. Game over. Football is the only business in the world where ambition and success if punished.

If you remove Manchester City from the last 10 years of the premier league, the winners of the premier league would be either United, Liverpool or arsenal, and that is why every comment on twitter about city cheating is from one of these cunts
The definition of irony, is Liverpool and Arsenal fans saying that City fans should be showing some humility 🤣🤣🤣
Always going to be the case. So much egg on faces to come. We are IRREFUTABLE
🚨 𝗠𝗔𝗝𝗢𝗥 𝗕𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚:
MANCHESTER CITY ARE WINNING THE APPEAL!!!
Sources claimed that the premier league panel in charge of #ManCity ’s appeal overlooked almost all evidence that sponsorship payments came from the Abu Dhabi government, the shareholder of the sponsors.
The club presented three pillars of evidence around state funding at the hearing, which their lawyers claim were not given sufficient weight in terms of government funding involving sponsorship deals.
Those pillars included contemporaneous documentation/bank statements from the Abu Dhabi government, letters from the government to the hearing confirming accuracy of original records, and witness evidence from club officials, senior figures at sponsors and government officials.

Have said this all along. The announcement was borderline hysterical. No balance whatsoever. Totally unprofessional. Orchestrated smear campaign.

A re-examination of Abu Dhabi government documents, receipts and testimony from 24 witnesses – all of which #ManCity believe were wrongly dismissed at the original hearing – will be central in attempts to force a full or partial acquittal or retrial.
@ManCity’s legal team will attempt to demonstrate “fundamental errors” in tests applied by an independent commission to the Premier League’s case that commercial revenue was artificially inflated. Sources with understanding of #MCFC's case say the club are bullish about their appeal, based on:
▪️ Contemporaneous bank statements, government records and receipts they believe confirm the Abu Dhabi government as the source of funds for deals.
▪️ More recent evidence from the Abu Dhabi government reaffirming accuracy of original records.
▪️ Fundamental inconsistencies in findings.

🚨 EXCLUSIVE: Manchester City’s appeal ACCEPTED in massive victory — Justice served, Second chance secured, the verdict overturned!
The panel reportedly ruled that Manchester City presented sufficient evidence to challenge the original verdict, raising serious questions about key aspects of the initial decision. The outcome marks a potentially historic breakthrough for the club, offering renewed hope as City fight to clear their name in one of the biggest cases in Premier League history.

The replies to this are unsurprising. “They can’t submit new evidence” “The evidence they had wasn’t good enough”
The evidence was either dismissed out of hand or labelled as “after the fact” people will see the PL for what it is soon enough. The panel was far from independent.
🚨 Manchester City believe they have the evidence needed to OVERTURN their guilty verdict on appeal.
The club will rely on previously dismissed emails, bank statements, Abu Dhabi government documents and testimony from 24 witnesses as they push for a full or partial acquittal, or a retrial.

I think you have a really good point Dominic. The premier league are vindictive and tin pot and the more I read about there case and the City appeal the more I believe the guilty verdict will be overturned.
