We really should teach history in Africa. A lot of Africans are not even aware of how deep these people's atrocities were.
They invited her to Berlin thinking she would praise them. Instead, she exposed their blood-soaked history.
Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie didn't hold back. She exposed the ultimate Western lie. They teach their kids to "help the poor Africans," but completely erase the fact that Belgium’s King Leopold turned the Congo into a personal slaughterhouse. Millions murdered. Hands chopped off for rubber.
They don't teach the truth because the truth is a debt they can never repay.
Watch this. Bookmark it. Teach your children who the real savages were.
There is something fundamentally wrong with how our leaders think. If you want a second term, shouldn't you just govern well in the first? Do a great job, and the people will naturally want you back.
Instead, the first term was defined by pure misrule and a total disregard for the rule of law. Re-election should be built on results, not this desperation we are seeing.
Imagine if all the energy wasted on vites buying was actually channeled into governance.
Just days ago, a video showed primary school children in the FCT sitting on bare dirty floors to learn. Wouldn’t fixing those schools be a better campaign strategy than blowing fortunes on luxury cars for political cronies?
The cost of a single SUV could transform multiple public schools or primary health centers.
In fact, the money spent on those cars could buy an ambulance each for every health center across all 774 local governments in Nigeria. But our leaders are so blinded by selfish greed that nobody else matters to them.
And some of you are still standing on this same mandate?
It's truly pathetic.
All these are what keeps me awake when others are sleeping...
I made this song on one of those nights...

For a lot of his trips abroad, they travel ahead of him to welcome him.
Dear Taxpayers,
This is how they spend your money.
This is Abuja, the Federal capital territory where Nyesom Wike is the minister.
Wouldn't it be more productive and humanly to fix this for campaign rather than dashing out SUVs?
Dear @GovWike, @IretiKingibe, and Hon. Nuhu Daniel Kwali, we call on you to urgently intervene at Kigbe LEA Primary School, Yebu Ward, Kwali Area Council, FCT, where 248 pupils have endured deplorable learning conditions for over eight years.
The attached video and images paint a distressing picture of the reality these children face daily. Instead of learning in a safe, decent, and conducive classroom, pupils are forced to sit on bare floors and makeshift wooden planks, using whatever limited space and materials are available to continue their education. The classroom floor is visibly deteriorated, with large patches of exposed earth, while the walls and general condition of the learning environment raise serious concerns about the safety, dignity, and well-being of the pupils.
For more than eight years, these children have continued to pursue their education under conditions that no child should have to endure. They deserve proper desks and chairs, a clean and secure classroom, adequate ventilation, and an environment that supports effective teaching and learning. Their circumstances raise important questions about the state of basic education infrastructure, the availability of essential learning facilities, and the attention being given to underserved communities.
The situation is particularly concerning amid rising temperatures and the increasing risks associated with extreme heat. In poorly maintained classrooms with unsuitable seating arrangements, children may face additional discomfort, fatigue, dehydration, and difficulty concentrating. How can we expect these pupils to learn effectively, remain comfortable, and reach their full potential when their basic learning needs have gone unmet for so long?
Education is a fundamental right, not a privilege that should depend on a child's location or circumstances. Every child deserves an opportunity to learn in an environment that protects their health, preserves their dignity, and gives them a fair chance to succeed. The children of Kigbe should not have to choose between enduring hardship and accessing an education.
Eight years is far too long for 248 children to learn without basic classroom furniture and a decent learning environment. Education must not mean enduring indignity.

Walk into almost any country, and you’ll see servicemen and women held in high regard. That uniform means something and their well-being is treated as a priority.
But here, our priorities are upside down.
We treat our officers like disposable labour. We do the same to our teachers who are supposed to be building our future.
Instead of investing in them, billions are squandered on politician luxury while the backbones of our society gets left behind.
You can’t degrade the people responsible for your safety and somehow expect a solid security system nau... kolewerk!
Something has to give.
Things like this are what keeps me awake... it's one of the inspiration behind the background music in the video...
Cop it here...
