Either hand-deliver ballot to your county auditor by 8 pm Tuesday, or bring the envelope to polling place Tuesday and vote with a regular ballot.

I've heard them both and seen them both 'in action.' Franken has more nuanced positions and perspectives. He's been an effective leader in high level positions. We currently have a follower as US Senator (really both of them). Franken can be much more than that.
