With saddened hearts, we share with you the passing of Kaizen Institute’s founder on 12 JUN 2023; a husband, father, grandfather, brother, friend, colleague, and Sensei - Masaaki Imai. Although he will be missed terribly, he and his love for KAIZEN™ will live in all of us.

Let's not confuse being open to different views with being uncritical.
Being willing to hear dissenting opinions doesn't mean you lack quality standards.

The US has a second — and probably final — chance to get the pandemic under control.
But doing so requires leaders who respect facts and followers who respect each other.
