You can get in, get a decent return and get out fast but the real economy like factories and mines⁉️ Actual productive investment that creates jobs, builds wealth and keeps the lights on for the next generation⁉️

He rates real fixed investment a miserable 3, maybe 4 out of 10. Pretty much uninvestable. Apart from a bit of tourism, the rest is a no-go‼️
