@TheRickWilson Do you know anything about #TrumpElevatorTape? Is there any fire behind this smoke?

I remember in 2020, I kept telling other staff in the Senate that Warnock & Ossoff were going to win in Georgia.
They universally (a) thought I didn’t know what I was talking about or (b) thought I was joking and literally laughed in my face. Then, we won. (1/3)
Sen. Raphael Warnock told donors in April that Democrats are "sleeping" on Mississippi to some laughs, per recordings of event. His argument to invest in the race was that Democrats' "ceiling is too low ... our ceiling is 52. That's terrible. Part of the way to fix that is the South"
"I think we can win in Mississippi if the conditions are just right"
Colom currently leads by ... 65 votes

There are Democrats who dropped out of the race months ago who are currently leading Republicans in some races. I kid you not.

You look at this blue landslide in America based on races that got zero attention on this website and it really does make clear twitter is not real life. The more reporters who get that, the healthier American politics will be.

If she loses to Scott Colom, Sen. Cindy Hyde-Smith will have helped set her own defeat in motion.
He'd likely be a federal judge right now—not her opponent—if not for the fact that she blocked Biden's nomination of him over his support for trans rights.

Might I add that now @scott_colom leads by 2,087 votes statewide and he’s still gaining. I may not be the sharpest knife in the drawer, but he’s on the path to win. Hinds County will obliterate any gains made by Hyde-Smith in other places because of the sheer raw numbers there.
To put this in overall context for where we are, Hyde-Smith carried Marion Co. 59%, yet @scott_colom netted 20 votes to add to his already 2,000+/- vote lead statewide.

Schumer says he asked Colom to run against Wicker in 2024 but Colom said no. Colom said he would have a much better shot at beating Hyde-Smith and would try in 2026

Jim, the new Democratic majority doesn't take office until January. The Equality Caucus celebrates who voters elected, and you've somehow turned that into proof Democrats abandoned grocery prices. Does an LGBTQ member of Congress add a surcharge to the eggs?
Your party held the White House and both chambers while rising costs squeezed families. Voters took away your majority, and your first move is to sneer at the identity of people they elected instead of explaining your own record. Hoosiers need lower bills, not another culture-war distraction. If you're more interested in counting LGBTQ lawmakers than cutting costs, Jim, you may have found the problem. Check your own office.

At least 13 Republicans who tried to help Trump with his coup plot in 2020 have lost their seats.
It’ll be 16 after Boebert, Foxx and Hyde-Smith’s races get called.

Colom's resume of being based as shit is incredible. Not only did he put a bunch of murderers in prison but he specifically directed resources to cold cases and got life sentences for rapes and murders that were 20-30 years old.
If Cindy Hyde-Smith didn't lie about this gigachad secretly being a pro-crime Soros DA he'd be contentedly granting death sentences to murderers instead of her political career
Holy shit, I didn't realize Scott Colom was denied a federal judgeship because Cindy Hyde-Smith blocked his nomination by lying about his connections to George Soros hahahahaha
If she hadn't done that he'd be a district judge and instead he's going to beat her in a Senate race and become the first black Senator from Mississippi since 1870. Nobody has ever been owned this hard by poetic justice

This election Democrats have flipped the Attorney General offices in: AK, TX, KS, IA, OH, GA and NC. Losing the Texas AGs office is a bodyblow to the conservative legal project as they lose their most competent office and their favorite forums in the country

This is a Democratic flip. Ojeda ousts Richard Hudson - the chairman of House Republicans' campaign arm.

NEW: Last large ballot drop we expect is brutal for GOP Rep Lauren Boebert. 6400 DougCo ballots break +9 for Dem Eileen Laubacher (her best DougCo batch since election night). Adds 576 votes to her 0.87% lead - now up to 3266 votes. Every lean Boebert county is past its '22 total
