Dr. Larissa Portnoff, a New York-based clinical psychologist in her 30s, has publicly accused Donald Trump of sexually exploiting and targeting her when she was a child. The allegations were made in a video that has circulated widely on social media. Portnoff says the abuse began when she was approximately 8 years old, intensified around age 10, and continued until she was about 12. She says she was targeted again when she was 16 or 17. In the video, Portnoff says: “I wanted to share why I can’t be in New York to vote this year… I have tried to move forward in my life, and I was one of the child victims of Donald Trump when I was around eight years old, and it became worse when I was around ten years old… It went on until I was about twelve, and then it finally stopped, and then I was targeted again when I was sixteen-seventeen years old.” She says she initially believed she had managed to “escape” a paedophile ring, but that the targeting continued. She directly accuses Trump of repeatedly exploiting her, stating: “Donald Trump repeatedly targeted me, and sexually exploited me… It was very clear that he knew what he was doing.” She further alleges that, since turning 18, she has experienced inappropriate and abusive interactions involving Trump and people close to him, which she characterizes as sexual exploitation. Portnoff also describes an alleged encounter in September 2025, when she says Trump invited her to a Yankees game. She believes the invitation was an attempt to exploit her again. She says he invited her into a “private room,” warned her to stay away from the media, and made her feel intimidated by indicating that he knew her home address and other personal information. Another major part of her accusation concerns what she describes as interference with her records and attempts to intimidate her. Portnoff claims Trump accessed sealed records connected to her as a Jane Doe. Addressing him directly, she says: “You’ve tried to destroy evidence in the case following my reports and you have no accountability here. You are an utter coward in doing something like this, by approaching me and my friends. This must stop. It is done. I am in my 30s now and the fact that you’ve done this to me for three decades is inhuman.” She describes the alleged conduct as “organized crime” and argues that the issue goes beyond party politics. In her words: “It has to do with very powerful and dangerous individuals, and it intersects with national security issues. We need to get the corruption to stop, we need to use our voices, we need to get Donald Trump out of office. And if you think you’re going to intimidate me, Donald Trump, it’s not going to work.” She also refers to an alleged attempt on her life following a report she made, saying: “Whoever tried to make an attempt on my life, following my report, you know I’ve been in touch with the Senate office; you know they are following up with me; you know the Senate Judiciary Committee recommended my reports to the Attorney General, and it needs to be investigated.” Portnoff says the alleged intimidation has intensified in recent years. She states: “This disgusting behavior has escalated over the last couple of years during his second term, starting just before his second term in office.” She urges people who have information about her allegations to contact her office, saying that information will be kept confidential and protected under HIPAA. She describes Trump as dangerous and says she will no longer tolerate intimidation from him or his associates.
