"Poor Russian conscripts" have a) often not been conscripted but signed up for $1000s to go and kill in a foreign land; b) have hunted civilians via drones; c) have committed massacres in Bucha, Irpin and other places, and d) carried out Putin's policy of rape as a weapon of war.
