Tom Cruise is one of the biggest movie stars on the planet, and Catherine Tate’s Nan treats him like he’s just another bloke who needs putting in his place.
That’s what makes this Graham Norton moment so funny. Cruise is used to interviews where people ask about his films, his stunts, and his extraordinary career. Then Nan shows up with absolutely none of that reverence. She brings her own attitude, her own rules, and the kind of bluntness that makes celebrity status almost irrelevant.
The comedy works because Cruise is willing to play along. He doesn’t need to dominate the conversation or remind anyone who he is. He can take the joke, react naturally, and let Catherine Tate do what she does best.
There’s something refreshing about watching a global superstar become the straight man in somebody else’s comedy routine.
Turns out, not even Tom Cruise is safe when Nan decides she has something to say.

“Money goes up.” Tony Soprano has had ENOUGH.
Tony gathers his crew and unleashes his frustration over their lack of financial growth. The numbers aren't improving, business opportunities are falling apart, and his top earners aren't bringing in what he expects.
The councilman project has “died on the vine,” and Tony is furious that everyone seems to have an excuse. Meanwhile, Uncle Junior is fighting for his life in court, and Tony expects the crew to contribute more money to help cover the enormous legal expenses.
His message is simple: the money must keep flowing, regardless of the circumstances.
Tony doesn't want to hear about the economy or anyone's personal struggles. In his world, earning is a responsibility, and every member of the organization is expected to deliver.
But beneath the angry speech is a deeper truth about leadership: Tony demands loyalty from everyone beneath him while carrying the pressure of keeping the entire organization profitable.
Is Tony a brilliant leader holding his crew accountable, or a boss who expects everyone else to carry his burdens?

The 2003 Mobil 1 Grand Prix de France was the 10th round of the 2003 Formula One World Championship, held on July 6, 2003, at the Circuit de Nevers Magny-Cours.
It was a dominant weekend for Williams-BMW, who secured a lights-to-flag 1–2 victory.
🏆 Podium & Highlights
🥇 🇩🇪 Ralf Schumacher (Williams-BMW) started on pole and lead every lap.
🥈 🇨🇴 Juan Pablo Montoya (Williams-BMW) Finished +13.813s behind his teammate and recorded the fastest lap of the race (1:15.512).
🥉 🇩🇪 Michael Schumacher (Ferrari) — Finished +19.568s back to claim the final step on the podium.
Ralf Schumacher held onto the lead off the line. Kimi Räikkönen made a strong getaway from 4th, jumping Michael Schumacher for 3rd position into Turn 1.
Rubens Barrichello spun across the line at the end of lap 1, dropping him to the back of the grid before fighting his way back up to 7th.
Michael Schumacher managed to leapfrog both McLaren drivers through the pit stop cycles, regaining 3rd position.
Both Renaults of Jarno Trulli and Fernando Alonso retired mid-race due to engine issues.
Championship Impact:
With back-to-back victories for Ralf Schumacher (having also won the European GP a week prior), the Drivers' Championship battle closed up significantly.
Michael Schumacher retained his championship lead over Kimi Räikkönen, but the Williams drivers narrowed the gap substantially as the season reached its midpoint.
