There's a homeless guy in a town near mine that has a dog that he beats and will go in traffic with him yelling at cars. The few times cops ever did anything about it he got the dog back right away and he's never charged. Atp everyone knows who he is but cops do nothing about it
One time after work years ago I bought a homeless man a subway, he then pulled his coat aside and out came this tiny grey kitty that he shared the sandwich with, despite him being hungry himself, so I ended up going into the local tescos and picked up some blankets, socks, water, food and cat food and came back to him with it, I'd never seen a human so genuinely happy, these pets save these people's lives and they will treat them better than any living person will EVER treat them.
When the hell did I get Meta brand corn skewers, I swear I've had these for years and got them at a thrift store

Ozzy's son is actually my namesake in a way, not because of Ozzy but because my parents were trying to think of a name for me before I was born and heard people talking about Jack Osbourne on the radio and went with that.
We didnt even get to ww2 in my highschool, the good history teacher left the year before the new one sucked. This trend continued, our physics teacher got replaced by a guy who showed us conspiracy theory videos and epic rap battles of history and couldn't even grade papers right
Part of it is you can imagine some people distancing themselves but its not because they decide it's time to leave, some people just don't understand fully what's going on or the best way to react, so they just kind of disengage. Or are just dealing w/ their own unseen problems

Sometimes I think about songs that sound better live and I immediately think of the entirety of Stop Making Sense and this version of A Saucerful of Secrets. There's also an extended live version of Fat Old Sun but this is stuck in my head right now
