It’s all fear and FUD across the entire market right now because of the hacks and all the incidents happening.📉 But if we take a step back and think about it for just two minutes, you’ll realise that $ICP is exactly what the entire crypto industry needs.📈 No one can hack the ICP blockchain, yet people and even big investors continue to ignore $ICP. Why?? Genuinely, I think this is the perfect time for @dominic_w and @PierreSamaties to work on some collaborations or launch an information-driven marketing campaign to educate people about $ICP and its infrastructure. This is the perfect time for people to realise what $ICP is actually capable of. We’re almost at the bottom, and times like these give us an opportunity to prove our technology. As far as I know, $ICP has some of the best technology and one of the strongest teams in the entire crypto industry. Yet the industry continues to overlook it. Maybe there are specific reasons behind that, I honestly don’t know. But we genuinely need to act fast. This is the time to prove what we’ve built. What if Binance adopted $ICP technology and integrated it into its infrastructure to improve security and protect against future hacks? What if other major platforms did the same? This is the perfect time to reach out, educate people, and pitch what ICP can actually bring to the table. I’m very, very bullish on $ICP.📈 @dfinity

base:0x00f3c42833c3170159af4e92dbb451fb3f708917 — Internet Computer ㅤ Everyone is watching ethereum:native, solana:So11111111111111111111111111111111111111112, and bittensor:native. ㅤ But what about the blockchain trying to replace traditional cloud infrastructure? ㅤ Meet base:0x00f3c42833c3170159af4e92dbb451fb3f708917 — Internet Computer. ㅤ A decentralized computing network designed to host applications, websites, databases, and AI-powered services directly onchain. ㅤ And here's what makes it interesting. ㅤ Most blockchains focus on financial transactions. ㅤ ICP wants to run the applications themselves. ㅤ But there's one important question. ㅤ Can decentralized computing become a real alternative to traditional cloud services? ㅤ And will that demand translate into sustainable ICP token burns? ㅤ Save this checklist. ㅤ 01 | WHAT DOES INTERNET COMPUTER DO? ㅤ Internet Computer is a decentralized computing platform developed with major contributions from the DFINITY Foundation. ㅤ Its ecosystem includes: • Canisters — Smart contracts that run applications. • Chain Fusion — Cross-chain connectivity. • Caffeine — AI-powered application creation. • NNS — Network governance. • Cycles — Computing fuel. • ICP — Native utility and governance token. ㅤ The idea is simple. ㅤ Instead of relying entirely on centralized cloud servers, developers can run software directly on blockchain infrastructure. ㅤ 02 | THE DECENTRALIZED CLOUD OPPORTUNITY ㅤ Traditional applications often depend on centralized infrastructure. ㅤ Examples include: • Amazon Web Services • Microsoft Azure • Google Cloud ㅤ These companies provide computing power, storage, and application hosting. ㅤ ICP approaches the problem differently. ㅤ It distributes computing infrastructure across independent node providers. ㅤ Potential advantages include: • Decentralized application hosting • Transparent smart contract execution • Reduced dependence on individual cloud operators • Blockchain-native financial integration • Programmable computing infrastructure ㅤ But decentralized hosting doesn't automatically make an application cheaper, faster, or more secure. ㅤ Real-world performance matters. ㅤ 03 | THE CANISTER TECHNOLOGY ㅤ Canisters are one of ICP's core innovations. ㅤ Think of them as smart contracts capable of running much more than simple token transfers. ㅤ They can support: • Application logic • Data storage • Websites • User interfaces • Financial applications • Automated software ㅤ A developer can build an application and deploy it directly to the Internet Computer. ㅤ The network handles execution and storage. ㅤ This makes ICP different from blockchains where most application infrastructure still runs on conventional servers. ㅤ 04 | THE CHAIN FUSION OPPORTUNITY ㅤ Chain Fusion allows ICP applications to interact with external blockchains. ㅤ Supported integrations include: • Bitcoin • Ethereum • Solana • EVM-compatible networks ㅤ Why is this interesting? ㅤ Because developers can build applications that interact with multiple networks without depending on conventional custodial bridges. ㅤ For example: ㅤ An ICP application can interact with Bitcoin addresses through threshold cryptography. ㅤ It can also coordinate transactions involving Ethereum and other supported chains. ㅤ But cross-chain applications still face smart contract, integration, and external network risks. ㅤ 05 | THE BITCOIN OPPORTUNITY ㅤ Bitcoin has enormous financial recognition. ㅤ But its base layer has limited native application functionality. ㅤ ICP's Chain Fusion technology allows developers to build services that interact directly with Bitcoin. ㅤ Potential use cases include: • Bitcoin-based DeFi • Automated Bitcoin transactions • Cross-chain financial applications • Bitcoin treasury management • Multichain wallets ㅤ ICP also supports ckBTC, a Bitcoin-backed token within its ecosystem. ㅤ But ckBTC isn't identical to holding native BTC directly. ㅤ Its security depends on the chain-key system and associated smart contracts. ㅤ 06 | THE AI OPPORTUNITY ㅤ This is one of ICP's most interesting growth narratives. ㅤ AI applications require: • Computing power • Data storage • Backend infrastructure • Application hosting • Automated execution ㅤ ICP aims to support these functions through decentralized infrastructure. ㅤ Its roadmap includes onchain AI inference and AI-assisted application development. ㅤ The long-term opportunity is combining AI-generated software with blockchain-hosted execution. ㅤ But AI infrastructure is highly competitive. ㅤ And running complex AI workloads onchain presents major cost and performance challenges. ㅤ 07 | CAFFEINE AI ㅤ Caffeine is an AI-powered application-building platform associated with the Internet Computer ecosystem. ㅤ Its goal is to make software creation more accessible. ㅤ Instead of writing every line of code manually, users can describe what they want to build. ㅤ AI helps generate the application. ㅤ The resulting software can run on ICP infrastructure. ㅤ Potential applications include: • Business tools • Websites • Community platforms • Productivity applications • Consumer software • Automated workflows ㅤ Caffeine's alpha launched in July 2025. ㅤ The bigger question is whether AI-generated applications can attract paying users and generate meaningful computing demand. ㅤ 08 | THE CHAIN FUSION EXPANSION ㅤ ICP has continued expanding its interoperability capabilities. ㅤ Important developments include: • Bitcoin integration • Ethereum and EVM connectivity • Bitcoin Ordinals and Runes support • Solana integration in 2025 • Additional cross-chain development ㅤ The goal is to make ICP a computing layer that can interact with assets and applications across multiple blockchains. ㅤ But technical integration isn't the same as adoption. ㅤ Investors should monitor actual cross-chain transaction activity. ㅤ 09 | THE ICP TOKEN ㅤ ICP has several important economic functions. ㅤ • Network governance • Staking • Computing resource conversion • Network payments • Node provider incentives ㅤ Unlike governance-only tokens, ICP has a direct connection to network computing. ㅤ Developers need cycles to run applications. ㅤ And cycles are created by converting ICP. ㅤ This is one of the most important parts of the investment thesis. ㅤ 10 | THE CYCLES ECONOMY ㅤ Cycles are the fuel that powers ICP applications. ㅤ They pay for: • Computation • Storage • Messaging • Cross-chain operations • Cryptographic services ㅤ The conversion system uses: ㅤ 1 trillion cycles = 1 XDR. ㅤ XDR is an international reserve asset unit maintained by the IMF. ㅤ This structure helps keep computing costs relatively stable in fiat terms. ㅤ But here's the important part. ㅤ ICP is burned when converted into cycles. ㅤ And cycles are consumed when applications use network resources. ㅤ This creates a direct economic relationship between computing demand and ICP token supply. ㅤ 11 | TOKENOMICS ㅤ ICP doesn't have a fixed maximum supply. ㅤ Its token economics include both inflationary and deflationary mechanisms. ㅤ Inflationary: • Governance voting rewards • Node provider rewards ㅤ Deflationary: • ICP converted into cycles • Transaction fee burns • Certain governance-related fees ㅤ The net supply change depends on the balance between new issuance and token burns. ㅤ That's why ICP shouldn't be evaluated using only its circulating supply. ㅤ The important metric is net inflation. ㅤ 12 | THE VALUE CAPTURE QUESTION ㅤ This is where ICP differs from many infrastructure tokens. ㅤ Imagine more applications start using Internet Computer. ㅤ More computing. More storage. More network activity. ㅤ Those applications consume cycles. ㅤ And creating new cycles requires ICP conversion. ㅤ That can increase ICP burn demand. ㅤ But there's an important limitation. ㅤ Computing costs are designed to remain relatively stable in fiat terms. ㅤ So higher ICP prices can mean fewer tokens are needed for the same amount of computing. ㅤ The relationship between adoption and token price isn't automatically one-to-one. ㅤ 13 | THE COMPETITION ㅤ ICP competes across multiple markets. ㅤ Relevant projects include: • ethereum:native — Smart contract infrastructure. • solana:So11111111111111111111111111111111111111112 — High-performance blockchain applications. • filecoin:native — Decentralized storage. • arweave:native — Permanent data storage. • $AKT — Decentralized computing. • bittensor:native — Decentralized AI incentives. ㅤ These projects have different architectures. ㅤ But they compete for developer attention, infrastructure spending, and blockchain application demand. ㅤ ICP's main advantage is its integrated computing model. ㅤ Its challenge is convincing developers to adopt a different infrastructure architecture. ㅤ 14 | THE VALUATION QUESTION ㅤ Because ICP supply changes over time, market capitalization is more useful than fixed token price predictions. ㅤ Illustrative valuation scenarios: ㅤ • $2B — Market capitalization • $5B — Market capitalization • $10B — Market capitalization • $20B — Market capitalization • $30B — Market capitalization ㅤ These aren't price targets. ㅤ The price per token depends on the circulating supply at that time. ㅤ For example, at a hypothetical 550 million circulating ICP: ㅤ A $10 billion market capitalization would imply approximately $18.18 per token. ㅤ But actual future supply may differ. ㅤ And a larger market capitalization requires substantial investor demand. ㅤ 15 | THE BIGGEST GROWTH DRIVERS ㅤ I see several potential catalysts. ㅤ First, increasing demand for decentralized cloud infrastructure. ㅤ Second, wider adoption of Caffeine. ㅤ Third, more AI-generated applications. ㅤ Fourth, growing Chain Fusion usage. ㅤ Fifth, greater Bitcoin and Ethereum integration. ㅤ Sixth, more enterprise applications. ㅤ Seventh, rising cycles consumption. ㅤ And eighth, stronger ICP token burns. ㅤ But the most important catalyst is real computing demand. ㅤ 16 | THE BIGGEST RISKS ㅤ ICP faces several major challenges. ㅤ • Competition from traditional cloud providers • Limited mainstream developer adoption • Complex technical architecture • Ongoing token inflation • Smart contract vulnerabilities • Governance concentration • Infrastructure costs • AI product competition • Uncertain application demand ㅤ One particularly important risk is the gap between technology and adoption. ㅤ A network can have impressive technical capabilities without attracting enough paying customers. ㅤ 17 | BULL VS BEAR ㅤ Bull case: • Decentralized computing adoption expands. • Caffeine attracts more developers and users. • AI applications increase computing demand. • Chain Fusion generates more activity. • Cycles consumption rises. • ICP burns grow faster than issuance. • The network attracts sustainable commercial applications. ㅤ Bear case: • Traditional cloud infrastructure remains dominant. • Developer adoption disappoints. • AI application demand remains limited. • Computing revenue grows slowly. • ICP inflation exceeds burn activity. • Competing networks attract more developers. • Token valuation outpaces real network economics. ㅤ The key question is whether ICP can turn technical innovation into sustained computing demand. ㅤ 18 | WHAT I'M WATCHING ㅤ These are the metrics that matter most to me. ㅤ • Daily cycles burned • ICP burned through cycle conversion • Net ICP supply growth • Active canisters • Network computing usage • Caffeine application adoption • Chain Fusion activity • Developer growth • Staking participation • Network revenue ㅤ I particularly want to compare ICP issuance with token burns. ㅤ Because a growing computing economy should eventually become visible in the network's token economics. ㅤ 19 | MY VIEW ㅤ Narrative: 9/10 Utility: 9/10 Adoption: 6/10 Tokenomics: 7/10 Risk: High Long-Term Outlook: Ambitious Decentralized Computing Infrastructure with Strong Technical Potential and Significant Adoption Challenges ㅤ Internet Computer is one of the more technically ambitious projects in cryptocurrency. ㅤ Its biggest advantage is that it attempts to solve a different problem from most blockchains. ㅤ Not just transferring assets. ㅤ But running software. ㅤ Websites. Applications. Databases. And AI-powered services. ㅤ I particularly like three things. ㅤ Chain Fusion. ㅤ Caffeine. ㅤ And the cycles-based token burn mechanism. ㅤ But I see two major challenges. ㅤ First, ICP needs to attract more applications with sustained real-world demand. ㅤ Second, token burns need to become meaningful relative to new issuance. ㅤ For me, the biggest question isn't whether ICP has interesting technology. ㅤ It's whether developers and businesses will pay to use that technology at scale. ㅤ Because infrastructure creates opportunity. ㅤ Adoption creates computing demand. ㅤ And computing demand creates the economic foundation for ICP. ㅤ That's what I'll be watching. ㅤ Save this for your long-term crypto watchlist. ㅤ Which decentralized infrastructure token has the biggest upside over the next five years? ㅤ base:0x00f3c42833c3170159af4e92dbb451fb3f708917 , filecoin:native , arweave:native , or $AKT? ㅤ Drop your pick below. 👇 ㅤ Full research & setups on Telegram ↓ t.me/Jus7Degen

$ICP is quietly building one of crypto’s strongest real world adoption stories. 🧵 Pakistan isn’t just “exploring blockchain.” It signed with DFINITY for a sovereign ICP subnet, 1,500 Caffeine AI licences, and a national messaging app targeting 100M+ users. That’s government grade infrastructure, not a marketing partnership. Pakistan is already described as the first country operating a Sovereign Cloud Engine, using Caffeine AI to build and deploy government apps on ICP. And on 26 October, Pakistan’s Digital Authority met DFINITY to advance a sovereign AI factory for public-sector software. This is the part many people are missing: DFINITY’s Cloud Engines let enterprises and governments run private ICP subnets. The plan allocates 20% of Cloud Engines revenue to buying and burning ICP. More sovereign cloud adoption = more ICP demand + supply burn. That’s a real fundamental flywhee, if execution scales. ICP network activity is also recovering: 🟢Daily active addresses +35% to ~3,860 🟢 New addresses +45% to ~710 🟢 Weekly network revenue rising Still early, but the direction is constructive. $ICP is also built for the AI-agent era: ➡️ Caffeine AI for building apps ➡️ MCP beta for AI agents interacting on-chain ➡️ Chain Fusion for Bitcoin, Ethereum and Solana ➡️ Threshold cryptography for secure cross-chain signing. ⚖️ Then there’s the NEAR dispute. DFINITY founder Dominic Williams alleges NEAR Intents used DFINITY’s threshold ECDSA technology without authorisation. DFINITY holds a granted patent in this area. No lawsuit is confirmed yet, and NEAR supporters dispute the claim. But it highlights something important: ICP isn’t just a token. It has deep cryptographic IP in secure signing, key management and cross-chain infrastructure, exactly what AI agents and institutions may need. 🐂📈 The bullish ICP thesis: Pakistan = proof of concept UNDP = international expansion channel Cloud Engines = enterprise revenue + burns Caffeine AI + Chain Fusion = AI-era infrastructure Network activity = early recovery. ICP still needs to execute. But if Pakistan’s subnet, national chat app, Cloud Engines and burn data scale, ICP has one of the clearest fundamental adoption narratives in crypto. ⚠️ Not financial advice. DYOR. 🧠 $ICP

18 years ago, a nine-page PDF changed how the world thinks about trust and money. On 31 October 2008, an author writing as Satoshi Nakamoto shared “Bitcoin: A Peer-to-Peer Electronic Cash System” on a cryptography mailing list. The paper set out a way to send digital value directly from one person to another without a central intermediary, replacing institutional trust with cryptographic proof. It gave finance and technology a shared language. Software could establish trust, and trust could carry value. Most people dismissed the idea at the time. Eighteen years later, the network still runs without a chief executive or a headquarters, adding a new block roughly every ten minutes. Whatever one’s view of cryptocurrencies, the idea has outlasted the debate and grown into a multi-trillion-dollar market. Millions of people use it, institutions hold it and regulators are writing the rules for it. The principle underneath reaches well beyond money: records can be made tamper-evident by design. The same thinking can shape digital public infrastructure, where verifiable credentials and tamper-evident transactions let citizens and institutions rely on a digital record. Perhaps the whitepaper’s real legacy is not money at all, but the records we will never again have to take on faith.

On $ICP, a public vote is required before changing network orders. The $6.3B hack reached withdrawals, with no keys leaked, Binance said. Public votes protect the network, and no one actor can change its orders. Security includes governance.
The biggest crypto hack ever ($6.3B) may have started with one laptop. Binance says no keys leaked. The attacker reached the withdrawal system. That wouldn't be possible on the Internet Computer. The network gives the orders. Changing them takes a public vote. @dominic_w @cz_binance @dfinity #ICP
