@noxmetals absolutely goated, all this for $200 is crazy, would be paying close to $400 from the supplier my lab's shop uses for all this, but hey almost all of the aluminum stock for the CNC lathe otw now!

They connect directly to our PLCs and also our network, so we can deploy and execute cut plans from Factos (our company brain). Techs can also record quality issues, view SOPs, etc., and we can rapidly iterate on these interfaces bc it's a web app

Nox Metals has to be the top consumer of M1 iPad Airs from Back Market. Suspiciously cheap. Every human-machine interface needs to be performant and responsive. A fresh box comes in every week.

So verticalized that we print our own robotic arm wrist-cam mounts because our vendor doesn’t include them

Critical path to automate bar saw tending: Remove piece from saw -> Deburr -> Clean -> Quality check -> Pack Our saw programs often last >1hr, cutting dozens of pieces out of a single raw bar. Fail to automate any one of these tending steps- and you need a human at the saw the entire time. Appreciate Ryan and Swapnil for showing us progress on our automated cutting cell. This will free up our technicians to do more value added work, increasing capacity and driving down costs for our customers further. Stoked to share time lapses shortly of fully autonomous cutting/packing.
