“My wife doesn’t work. She just stays home with the kids.”
Imagine saying that about every job Pilots don’t work. They just sit in a plane.Firefighters don’t work. They just stand next to fires.Surgeons don’t work. They just stand in an operating room.Programmers don’t work. They just sit at a computer.
One of the saddest things a workplace
can do: Take a passionate, talented person who genuinely cares about their work..
Someone who had ideas. Who wanted to make a difference. Who actually gave a sh*t.
And turn them into someone crying in the bathroom on a Tuesday afternoon. Someone who's stopped speaking up. Stopped believing in themselves. And is now just trying to survive another week We need to stop normalising workplaces doing this to good people. Your job should never be the reason you're losing yourself.
People with big auras and star power always
get crucified in average environments. Some
places are graveyards for ambition and
obsession. These places are built to reward mediocrity and make sure no one shines.
Leave before it convinces you your light
is a mental disorder.
I don't care about flying cars when people working 40+ hours a week can barely afford rent and groceries. maybe fix the cost of living before trying to live in the sky.

good in people, and start seeing what they actually showing you.
i think learning about money from a young age has made me realize how financially clueless most people are. like you i hear someone say they want to be rich, but they don’t know how compound interest works, how credit works, how investing works, or even where their money goes every month.
and honestly, nobody is going to sit you down and teach you all of this. you have to teach yourself. like just open befreed and learn from the people who already figured it out. nobody’s coming to hand you financial freedom.
Your first job after graduation doesn't have to be the job you dreamed about. It just has to
get you closer to the life you want. Learn everything, make your money, build your
experience and keep moving.
Nobody talks about how satisfying it is
to sit at tables where the conversation
isn't about women, parties, or alcohol
bụt about business, money, and
building a better life.
This economy is so bad you'll be sitting here thinking you're terrible with money but all you did was purchase food.
Men see their sacrificial mothers as "standards" & women see their sacrificial mothers as "trauma" And that's where the difference lies.
When you are no longer friends with someone, respect the secrets they shared with you. It's called integrity.
