A real celebration today of the life of our friend Saxon Spence CBE with family and friends from @UKLabour, @CoopParty, trade unions, and of course the Red Ramblers.
I was very honoured to deliver tributes from @Keir_Starmer, @HollieRidley1, & @BenPBradshaw.
She will be missed.
Great evening pit stop in central Bristol to see @ClareMoody4PCC, @Lucy_Exmoor and Bristol legend Judi Wilson before a much-needed gig! Always nice to catch up with like-minded campaigners across the South West, and not least those who support @YoungLabourSW's work. πΉ
It was brilliant attending the @YESocialists 30+2 anniversary event in Brussels earlier this week. Europe needs a stabilising, democratic socialist voice across all our nations, and I was proud to play my part representing @YoungLabourUK and @YoungLabourSW members.πΉ
We were thrilled to represent the UK at @yesocialists 30 year anniversary!
Our delegates raised the fight against the far right and Britain's relationship with Europe in the European Parliament
We're determined to deepen our relationship with European friends and partners πΉπ

Congratulations to everyone elected to the new @YoungLabourSW committee! I can't wait to work with everyone over the coming year. πΉ
I've worked with Katie for years, and I can personally vouch for her integrity, strength and grit to get things done. I'm proud to endorse @KatieTruman5 to be the @YoungLabourSW Secretary, adding another much-needed powerful, female voice to our regional discourse. πΉ
Fantastic news! Alex would be a phenomenal addition to the @YoungLabourSW team as an active and knowledgeable campaigner. Proud to endorse him for the committee! πΉ

Iβm delighted to announce that I will be running for the role of Under 18βs Officer on the South West Young Labour panel! πΉ
So happy to be supporting @KezSunderland to be the Women's Officer for @YoungLabourSW! As Chair, I need a strong, effective and focused team around me, helping to support all members from all parts of our region. I'm confident Kez will help me provide that. πΉ

Great to be at @CoopParty Showcase in Manchester today with South West Colleagues. Inspiring to hear about the changes our movement can make in government in Gloucester and across the country π£
Night off at #TRIPLive in Manchester before @CoopParty Change conference tomorrow - and yes, of course I'm drinking cider, what else?! πΉπ

π¨TURKISH WOMEN IN DANGERπ¨
296 femicides so far this year. In any other European country, the President would resign. We call for the reinstatement of Law No. 6284 and for Erdogan to resign.

I'm so proud to have played my part so far in @YoungLabourUK's success. With @YoungLabourSW's AGM coming up soon (announcements will be made in the next few days), I can't wait to carry on delivering for young members πΉ

Itβs been six months since 22 Organise candidates were elected to the @LabourStudents committee.
And look at what theyβve achieved!
Want to get involved? Send a DM and weβll put you in touch with one of our fantastic reps.
We look forward to continuing to deliver for students!

Some personal news: Sydney and I got married a few weeks ago in a small ceremony at Port Eliot in Cornwall.
Sydney is my rock and Iβm a very happy man that I get to call him my husband.
When I was growing up it was illegal for two men to marry. We have come a long way. Love wins.

I used to be disgusted by stomas.
When I realised I'd have one, I was heartbroken.
But it's such a small change. It's nothing to fear.
@AdeleRoberts, @stomababe, Louise Thompson and Mollie Pearce have given me strength by talking about theirs.
So here's mine!
