Men, stay away from 35+ single women. The red flag is not simply her age. It is the bitterness, regret, baggage and results that can come from years of bad choices.
They are not looking for love. They are looking for a man to rescue them from the life they created.

Court Rejects Tash’s KSh 1 Million Compensation Claim in Kanyari Custody Battle
A court has rejected Hiram Gitau, popularly known as Tash, ’s KSh 1 million claim for expenses incurred while caring for Pastor Victor Kanyari’s children, Sky and Danny.
According to court proceedings, Tash failed to provide receipts or financial records to prove he had spent the money. The judge also noted that the Children’s Court focuses on the welfare of minors, not financial disputes between adults.
The case also involved school fee arrears at Woodcreek School, reportedly reaching KSh 1 million. While Tash presented admission letters, Kanyari submitted financial transaction records to support his position on the payments.

MPESA CRACKDOWN: KRA and Safaricom are discussing a system that could automatically generate eTIMS tax invoices for small traders and transmit the records to KRA.
Here’s how it is expected to work.
You sell goods worth KSh 2,000. A customer pays ...1/2
If you are Kenyan, you already know this drama of Pastor Kanyari.
When his wife died, I sensed foul play. Few people saw the lies.
Now, the court has ruled that the Pastor is the lawful custodian of the children.
This is common sense, but I have seen chaotic women and their equally emasculated boys attacking Kanyari.
Here is the thing,
If a woman dies and leaves behind children and property, they will directly be under the custody of her husband. This is explicit in Section 34 (1) of the Children's Act.
So,
1. Did Kanyari and Betty divorce? If not, Kanyari is still the husband. If yes, that doesn't absolve Kanyari of paternity. Article 53 of the COK.
2. Did Betty write a will appointing a testamentary guardian? She didn't, but if she did, Kanyari can still dispute it.
3. Has Pastor Kanyari ever harmed or abandoned his children? NO.
4. Who is this second man? He is a stranger in the children's lives. He is not their father, and he can even defile or sodomize them.
The law doesn't care about your emotions, anger or your dislike for Kanyari.
You might dislike his drama, but everyone, regardless of their repugnance, is equal before the court of law.
Single mothers do things out of anger, thinking they are frustrating a man, and most of them think they are so smart and clever.
A FATHER is A FATHER, whether the mother hides the child, disappears with the child, or blocks the father.
Finally, why would a man fight to raise the children of another man?
This sounds like manipulation and extortion or severe mental illness.

The attack on Mercy Masika on behalf of the church, instead of directly addressing the church leaders who officially speak on its behalf, is so unfair. Attacking one woman on behalf of a whole institution that is run by men is not just overkill, it's attacking one woman in the name of concern for women. And Mercy didn't even offer that master class on behalf of the institutional church. She did it based on her own experience as a wife. So even the demand for husband master classes is unfair.
Mercy is offering her own experience as a wife as the template for the class. That's what a master class means in the arts, and she's an artist. The offer of a master class is the opportunity to sit at the feet of someone with experience. She's offering her experience as a teaching template. She's of the church, but she's not officially representing the church.
But lately, there seems to be a coordinated attack on women who don't fit in the neoliberal, donor funded feminist narrative of women as a-political victims of men. It's an attack on politics, on limiting political ideas, and I would dare say radical, anti-imperialist politics, through ensuring women's political participation is boxed into one narrative of representational politics. The point to close the door on ALL politics so that a particular one doesn't slip through.
This attack has gone up a notch since Sifuna emerged on the scene. Apparently, until recently, the Kamala push (for a woman candidate for president or deputy) was considered a done deal, and Kenyans, women included, have prioritized change over representational politics. Representational politics is when the presence of a certain identity in politics, be it ethnicity or gender, is offered to be a political shift in things that matter (power, ideology, economy, resources). Kinda like independence where getting black leaders was supposed to end colonialism. So as the politicians try to contain the damage of Sifuna with those narratives of him being too poor, too young, not ethnically endorsed, the activists push for the consolidation of a uniform women's position to negotiate with politically.
So if you are a woman who steps outside the liberal, secular position, you find your masterclasses being turned into memes and videos being made telling you to take responsibility for an institution which, ironically, your accusers call patriarchal and exclusionary to women. So you wonder how Mercy is supposed to answer for the church if the church excludes women.
