Cancer is exploding. The CDC and FDA data is horrific. Your fitness level, diet, age, or genetics no longer matter. It’s taking out children as young as 7 to 10 years old. The vaccine reduces your T B and P53 cells that fight off cancer. This is why we have Turbo Cancer when some people become ill and don’t even make it their first oncology appointment. The cells in your body have changed if you had covid or the vax. Get your ALC CBC and CMP tested often. Take this seriously. Covid has changed the ability to fight off cancer in some people.

WATCH OUT this Halloween… 60% of popular children’s candies are laced with poisonous ARSENIC.
Your child can eat just 2.4 pieces of KIT KAT or SNICKERS over an ENTIRE YEAR before breaching the arsenic safety limit.
Florida's Department of Health found that SweeTarts, Skittles, Nerds, Sour Patch Kids, Twizzlers, Jolly Ranchers, Snickers, Kit Kat, and Tootsie Rolls ALL contained ARSENIC.

HYPOTHETICALLY… IF I BOUGHT MY HOUSE FOR $125,000 IN 2002 AND THE COUNTY NOW SAYS IT’S WORTH $487,000, WHERE DID I ACTUALLY MAKE $362,000?
Did I sell it? No.
Did I receive $362,000? No.
Did somebody hand me a check for the new assessed value? Obviously not.
But my property taxes still go up because, on paper, my house is suddenly worth hundreds of thousands more.
That’s the part that doesn’t make sense to me.
This isn’t income.
It isn’t cash sitting in my bank account.
It’s a number someone assigned to my property, and now I’m being billed based on that number.
If my stock portfolio doubles but I don’t sell, I haven’t turned that gain into cash.
If my salary stays the same, I don’t suddenly owe more income tax because someone thinks I’m worth more.
So why does owning a home work differently?
WHY AM I PAYING TAX ON A GAIN I NEVER REALIZED?
A house isn’t just an investment.
It’s where people live.
You can pay off the mortgage, own the property outright, and still face a bigger bill every year because the value of the house went up on paper.
At some point, you have to ask what “owning” something actually means if the cost of keeping it can keep rising because of money you never received.
THIS ISN’T ABOUT WHETHER THE HOUSE IS “WORTH” MORE.
IT’S ABOUT BEING CHARGED FOR VALUE YOU NEVER TURNED INTO CASH.
And people are starting to notice.

Soybean oil is in your Chick-fil-A sandwich, your waffle fries, and your milkshake. It is the base of their sauce.
This oil is over 50% linoleic acid. When polyunsaturated fats hit heat and oxygen, they oxidize and produce toxic aldehydes. Those aldehydes damage your cell membranes, attack your mitochondria, and trigger inflammation across your whole body.
In 2015, researchers at UC Riverside wanted to know what gave mice diabetes the fastest. Soybean oil made the mice more obese and more diabetic than feeding them pure sugar.
The same team then looked at the brain. Soybean oil disrupted roughly 100 genes in the hypothalamus. The genes that control appetite. Behavior. Metabolism.
We have only been eating these oils for about a hundred years. Heart disease was essentially unknown before they showed up.
One fast food meal. 165 ingredients. And the one they build everything on is an industrial oil that makes mice diabetic faster than sugar.
I raise my own beef. Grass finished. No seed oils, no additives, no middleman markup. That is the whole play.

Take away your kids tablets.
The National Institutes of Health did a massive study tracking 11,000+ children. Each child was placed in MRI machines while they scrolled and watched their tablet.
The kids who reported 7+ hours of screen time per day showed premature thinning of the cortex—the brain’s outer layer involved in functions like thinking, memory, and language.
Researchers also found differences in areas of the brain involved in reward and impulse control.
iPads are not pacifiers.
Your child does not need a screen to distract them every time they’re bored or upset.
Let them be bored. Let them play. Let them interact with the real world. Their developing brains are worth protecting.

COMFORT IS A PRISON!!!
It's why you're drifting.
It's why you're aimless.
It's why you feel anxious.
It's why you feel depressed.
You stopped pushing yourself!!
You settled into mediocrity & your SPIRIT IS BEGGING YOU TO SET YOURSELF ON FIRE AGAIN & PUSH YOUR LIMITS!!
I love sprinting!!!
Feeling like an athlete!
It's freaking euphoric!
The same mindset that gets me out running sprints until my lungs are on fire is the same mindset that's led me to financial freedom!
QUIT SETTLING IN COMFORT!!
You're only here once!!!!!
Get busy building, pushing, creating & growing!!
I believe in!!!! Let's GO!!!!!!

Every few years they give you a new enemy.
In the nineties it was welfare queens and crack addicts and super-predators.
In the 2000s it was Islamic terrorism and you were told to be afraid of your neighbor on the airplane and to accept surveillance as safety.
In the 2010s it was immigrants, caravans, invasions at the border.
In the 2020s it was the other political party, upgraded to existential threat, fascists, communists, destroyers of democracy, depending on which channel you watched.
Notice what is never the enemy.
The hedge fund manager who bought your neighborhood and raised your rent 40 percent is never the enemy.
The pharmaceutical executive who priced insulin at a level that makes rationing a survival strategy for American diabetics is never the enemy.
The defense contractor CEO who has budgeted for cost overruns as a profit mechanism and built political protection into every congressional district where a factory or base exists is never the enemy.
The private equity firm that bought the hospital, extracted its capital, laid off the nurses, and left the community without emergency services is never the enemy.
They are never on the screen.
They are never the face you're shown when you're told to be angry.
They are never the subject of the prime time segment.
They are the people who own the screen.
The enemy is always someone who looks like the person next to you.
Always someone who can be found in your neighborhood, your workplace, your family dinner.
Never someone who can be found on the Forbes list, the Davos guest list, the Epstein flight manifest.
This is not accidental.
This is the product.
This is what the media is for.

Wearing sunglasses in the sun makes you BURN
Your body thinks your indoors and doesn't produce your natural sunscreen -- melanin (tan skin)
UV light striking your eyes is one of the main signals for your skin to start producing melanin
Underrated reason why people are burning so much in the sun today.
Stop wearing glasses right when you get into the sun.
(you can put them on after a bit after your eyes get the signal)
