Take 4 minutes and watch this. This economist lays it all out on socialism in references to grocery stores, transportation, and schools.
America’s prosperity has been built on private property rights, entrepreneurship, free-market competition, and limited government, not centralized economic planning.
@profstonge is a Senior Economist for Economic Policy Studies.
In the entire history of our planet - not ONE time has there been a successful implementation of #socialism.
Ever.
Seriously.
I am excited to see how this #BlueWave is going to do it. Really excited to see how this will effect our PK -12 & the higher education space.
Today, someone you helped will tell people you’re a bad person.
Welcome to the Superintendentcy. And just keep that on replay. Every day.
Even 10 or even 20 years later.
Thank you @DawnFantasia_NJ - - we will hang in, we will fight, and we will never stop fighting for the issues so close to us -- including education. We wait patiently, and then we strike.
As for me? I will NEVER stop fighting for your children. I will NEVER stop fighting for the removal of useless policies, useless programs, and yes, useless people.
I will NEVER stop fighting for your right to educate your child in the way you choose... without Trenton getting in your way.
I will NEVER stop fighting for prosecuting those engaged in fraud in the education circles.
...and I will NEVER stop speaking my mind and doing what I do best... pissing you off.
The sun will rise again.

Socialism’s fatal conceit is the belief that the state can make better decisions for you than you can make for yourself.
I know politics is a blood-sport, but even this has limits. I saw the article on NJ.com that shared multiple female elected officials stories of harassment, intimidation, and bullying. While these are unique times where the political temperature in an election cycle is beyond the boiler, you don't get a free pass to be physical, toss out death threats, or send inappropriate mail. Try walking a day in their shoes and see how it really is. We as humans are better than this. nj.com/news/2026/10/njs-fema…

The Trump Administration has fundamentally shifted decision-making in this country, lifting authority out of the hands of distant bureaucrats in Washington, and placing it back with those who know best: parents, teachers and local leaders.
