This week, instead of focusing on what's bad about social media, we wanted to highlight some of the organisations working hard to make tech better for us all. Plus events in tech!

Sad to see @EmmanuelFaber removed from @Danone - we need more leaders, not fewer, committed to #SustainableBusiness.

I feel very privileged to have learned so much and connected with so many inspiring women – both cis and trans – through #InternationalWomensDay! It’s not always easy being a woman in this complex world, but everything is better if we all support each other.
Thanks @InnovateUK and @KTNUK Really great speakers and lots of food for thought... #WomenInnovate

If you know older or vulnerable people who may be self-isolating and scared, call them, ask them if they need anything and talk to them about everyday things.
Compassionate conversation will lessen their stress and improve their outlook. #StayWell

Be kind. Help where you can. Support those at the front line of our societies. And listen to the experts!
If you use this as an opportunity to mock or oppress your opponents then that really shows your true worth.
Ignore the hate and ignorance. We're in this together.
