NEW: Terrorist task force investigating an incident in upstate New York where a car filled with explosives targeted a rock concert. At 12:50 a.m. on New Year’s Day as 1,000 people were leaving the Kodak Center in Rochester, a Ford Expedition barreled toward the crowd. Right before hitting the crowd, an Uber driver pulled out, resulting in the Expedition slamming into the Uber car. The collision was so bad that both cars immediately lit up in flames and took the fire department an hour to extinguish. The couple riding in the Uber car was killed. The driver was Michael Avery and he later died from injuries. Investigators found a suicide note at his hotel.
