@LNER what is going on with your trains? My elderly parents going to London for their anniversary and had to get the 10:27 from Newcastle after theirs was cancelled. Now they have to stand as itā€™s so overcrowded. Itā€™s not acceptable is it? Are their spaces in first classā€¦ā€¦
