One thing I am so very thankful for about ELECTION DAY is that the day after, the calls, and texts, ads on everything, flyers in the mail that just go in the bin. I hate the intrusiveness of election season.

This past Saturday, a hacker hit my account and had it locked down. I even have an idea who did it. I’d love to reveal him but I can’t.
All of my attempts to reach out to @X and @Support have been fruitless.
I’ve had my account since 2009. The only other time I was hacked? Just prior to the Mid-Terms in 2020 when I ran for Congress. Coincidence?
I pay @X for all the premium stuff and I’m in the Creator Program. I’ve made 100,000s of friends and contacts on X.
Yet, they can’t protect my account without locking me out?

🚨 HEARTBREAKING: The NTSB just released new details on the Learjet that left AUSTIN for the Bahamas and crashed in Florida, killing all NINE people on board.
At 35,000 feet, the crew reported ice and moderate turbulence. They said it was manageable.
They asked to climb to 37,000 feet and got the approval.
Less than 30 seconds later, they called MAYDAY. "We are in an overspeed condition, descending."
Two crew members and seven passengers, and none of them made it home.
Please pray for these Texas families.

Lindsay Clancy is back in court today fighting to avoid a retrial on the murder charges for killing her three children.
Her attorney is arguing double jeopardy, claiming the judge shouldn’t have declared a mistrial after the jury deadlocked. That’s not how it works. A hung jury is a standard reason for a mistrial, and the law allows a retrial so the case can actually be decided.
I hope the judge does the right thing and orders another trial.
