ATF Releases NFA guidance in response to the Texas NFA lawsuit:
"Effective October 9, 2026, ATF will no longer require individuals to seek ATF approval under the NFA before making or transferring short-barreled rifles, short-barreled shotguns, silencers, and “any other weapon[s]” as defined in 26 U.S.C. § 5845(e). ATF will also no longer require such items to be registered in the National Firearms Registration and Transfer Record. These policies apply uniformly to anyone otherwise subject to these requirements, not just to the plaintiffs in the litigation."

This is cruelty. Undocumented immigrants are spending months in detention facilities awaiting resolution of deportation cases. Before Trump 2, they could get a bond hearing to show they aren’t a danger or flight risk. Now thousands sit in horrible conditions when they could be at home. Pure Stephen Miller. Pure Trump.

The vast majority are out there doing their job and not complaining about anything. Then you get a small percentage that do the job and complain the entire time. The third category are the guys that are complaining and they ain't worth a shit at their job.
