Tack för svar! Självklart. Men inget i avtalstexten gör att det inte går att samarbeta med Nato (så länge det inte involverar kärnvapen) eller som stoppar Natostater att bli part till konventionen. Det är mycket missförstånd kring texten, så viktigt att det är tydligt.
