Any business can choose to be unethical and/or break the law Love the COA with random numbers typed in.
As a pharmacist this idea that compounding pharmacies are somehow more legit and less shady than some Research Use Only sites is extremely laughable.

Identification by Retention Time Putting in the work to validate we can see the difference in compounds (little teal/aqua is eloralintide) It’s so pretty 🤩 😍

Thanks @AvaBRose33, this is cute. My kids will like the candy. Ashlee is running it on our newly validated eloralintide method (along with some other test injections). What’s your local humane society?

I don’t know what to do with all of these now. Any suggestions?
Inject a little spore-forming Priestia bacteria with your retatty? The 100 RT10 vials I purchased from the rando on X failed sterility. We sent it for identification: Priestia aryabhattai / megaterium Purely coincidence that it’s used for recombinant protein production?

Eloralintide linearity Method validation is important. Make sure you ask your lab for their method validation results

Nou pa gen okenn enterè ni pou nou vin domine pèp ayisyen an, ni pou nou mete men sou richès Ayiti. Nou se yon peyi modès k ap devlope. Sèl sa nou vle, se pou kat teknisyen avyasyon nou yo tounen lakay yo. Epi n ap bay gang yo yon leson, gang sa yo k ap fè pèp ayisyen an soufri, ki touye moun pèp la renmen yo, k ap anpeche l viv yon lavi nòmal, lib, san laperèz. Nou vin ann Ayiti pou nou goumen kont mechan yo. Men sa m ap mande nou: fè nou konfyans, lapriyè sèl vrè Bondye a, epi mande L pou L geri Ayiti. “Lè sa a si pèp ki pote non m lan lapriyè nan pye m, si yo soumèt devan mwen, si yo pran chache m ankò, si yo vire do bay vye peche yo t'ap fè yo, m'ap tande yo nan syèl kote m ye a, m'ap padonnen peche yo, m'ap fè peyi a kanpe ankò.” 2 Kwonik 7:14 Ede nou ede Ayiti. Epi lè misyon nou an fini, n ap tounen lakay nou. Petèt jenerasyon Ayisyen k ap vini yo ap sonje nou kòm zanmi ki te vin ede yon lè.

Sick. Meanwhile, those of us in the country on well water: 1. Fuel up the 10kw generator 2. Live life as normal
90 DAYS WITHOUT POWER, RANKED You are not leaving. The roof is fine. The grid is just gone. No power, no water pressure, no store deliveries, for 90 days. In each category we will go from most important to least important. The categories are ranked too. The roof is covered, so water comes first, then food, then everything that keeps those two usable. 90 days is what you should be prepared for. Most official lists say 3 to 14 days. Those are minimums, not plans. WATER Without it you have days. One gallon per person per day. 90 days is 90 gallons per person. A family of 4 needs 360. Water filter (a gravity filter is the best buy) Food grade barrels or water bricks Unscented bleach to treat stored water Your water heater tank holds 40 to 50 gallons. Know how to drain it. Rain collection (check local rules) FOOD Rice and beans are the backbone. If you cannot afford freeze dried meals, load up on rice and beans. Rice has about 1,650 calories per pound. Dry beans about 1,570. 2,000 calories a day for 90 days is about 110 pounds per person, or four 5 gallon buckets. Cooking oil, salt, sugar, spices Peanut butter Canned meat and vegetables Powdered milk Multivitamins Freeze dried meals if you can afford them Eat the fridge first, then the freezer, then the pantry. COOKING AND FUEL Food you cannot cook is just weight. Camp stove plus fuel for 90 days Extra propane or butane Lighters and matches One pot with a lid Never run a stove or heater indoors without ventilation. HEAT Cold is the quiet killer. Wood stove or a safe indoor rated heater Fuel for it Wool blankets and sleeping bags rated below your coldest night Pick one room, close it off, and live in it Carbon monoxide detector with batteries. Not optional. SANITATION This is what ends up killing people in long outages. 5 gallon bucket with a toilet seat lid Heavy trash bags Kitty litter or sawdust Bleach Soap and hand sanitizer Toilet paper, a lot of it MEDICAL Prescriptions. Ask your doctor about a longer supply. First aid kit Pain and stomach relief Any glasses or contacts, plus a spare pair A printed first aid manual LIGHT AND POWER Headlamps and lanterns Batteries, rotated Solar panel with a power bank A generator is a bonus, not a plan. Fuel goes bad and it is loud. INFORMATION, CASH AND NEIGHBORS Cards stop working when the power does. Battery or crank radio Cash in small bills, silver and gold if you have it Paper copies of IDs and contacts Know your neighbors. Trade skills, not just supplies. MORALE Books, cards, games, something for the kids. Boring beats hungry. Bored beats panicked. THE FIRST 72 HOURS Fill the bathtub and every container you own before the water stops. Fridge and freezer stay shut. A full freezer holds about 48 hours. Charge everything while you still can. Cook and eat what will spoil first. Obviously we could add security and it is important but depending on where you are, what your aloud to have/own I'm not going into great detail on that. What I can say is have a plan, talk it over with your family, everyone has a job. Don't be afraid to talk to your neighbors you know as well to make sure they are doing their part if you plan on working together. Feel free to add anything I may have missed. Anything you may think would be of added value for others to read and share. Book mark this, come back to it, create a check list. To be clear, I am not a survivalist. This is not survival advice. This is only my setup that I am following with my family. If nothing else maybe just a reminder. ISO Ledger 🛡

I don’t know if I’d go this far on a moral hazard scale. Coke and heroine ruin peoples’ lives with no upside. Gaining access to pharmaceuticals that would otherwise be inaccessible (cost, doctor bias, drug approval regulations) isn’t on the same level.
Oh and all the grifters call it Grey market as some cope to lure people into feeling more comfortable. Youre peptide dealer is equal to your coke and heroine dealer

Hey look it’s me!
Last week I sat down with @JoshInProgress from @TrustPointe on @pepfessions. The biggest takeaway: buyers should get to see how labs work and which methods they follow, not just the final number on a COA.

i've been selling goods on the internet for 30 years now, and this space generates by far the highest profit margins and cash flow i've ever seen from white-labeling. to source and test things properly takes so little margin away that you really have to be a greedy S.O.B. not to

We'll say this.... There are definitely some vendors that are buddy buddy with testing labs and that completely discredits the independent 3rd party testing claims.

It’s a weird thing running a business in a space where customers don’t value your value proposition because the incentives are in direct opposition We are really good at finding problems, and problems are exactly what businesses don’t want I’m convinced the vast majority of peptide resellers would take fake lab results that tell them their product is passing, and only switch if the lab gets caught (maybe, depends on how public it is)

Which is kind of fitting, given that’s the exact way US drug and medical device regulations work.

There was hope for the peptide market to do better (and there are a few good ones). But rooting for state and federal enforcement in the space is the only rational option now.
