A couple more peptide vendor reviews trickled in:
@VirtusPeptides 5-star user review with some nice product pics. Might be the most polished of a written review we've seen.
@colinshimp Alux Peptides got their second review on the board as a user came in with a 5-star. No product pics however 😢

If you're interested in doing a cycle of 5-Amino-1MQ, then you need vials with large amounts. Small dosing of this compound is likely insufficient. Some researchers are running 25mg+ daily.
Best deal on 5-Amino from our verified vendor list is Luv Aminos. 50mg 5-pack for $120. They are a newer vendor that is doing things right. Give them a shot and use code PROTOCOL for 10% off.

Our take after running KLOW and Cartalax together for a cycle: they work better as a pair than on their own. 🧪
How you blend or split KLOW doesn't matter much. What matters is getting all 4 compounds. Add Cartalax and it seems to be what makes the whole stack click. ✨
What we ran:
Cartalax: 1–2mg, depending on your tolerance
KLOW: 4mg of the standard blend, titrating up to see how you handle it
Heads up: KLOW stings or itches for some people. The upper/outer glutes were the most comfortable spot for us.
This is our own experience, not a study, and it isn't medical advice.

BPC-157 is finally in a real, controlled human trial. 🧪
A randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled phase 2 trial is testing it for acute grade II hamstring strains at Peking University Shenzhen Hospital in China.
🔹 Sponsor: Hudson Biotech
🔹 Started Feb 2026, recruiting now
🔹 14 days of BPC-157 or placebo, plus standard rehab
🔹 Measures time to return to sport and MRI injury volume
🔹 Primary results expected around Feb 2027

Why it matters: the human evidence so far is thin. A systematic review published this month found only 3 human studies, 30 people total, with certainty rated "very low":
• A knee-pain study (16 patients, no control group)
• A bladder study (12 interstitial cystitis patients)
• A 2-person IV safety pilot (2025): pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov

We'll be watching this one. 👀
Our unbiased opinion having run cycles of Tesa and CJC / IPA is that Tesa is the superior compound. The price however is an issue, so only buying it during deals such as 3 vials for the price of 2 is the way to go.
Some people already know this, but most do not and it's rather funny.
A lizard started the GLP-1 boom. Exenatide, the first GLP-1 drug, came from a hormone found in Gila monster venom. Ozempic's family tree goes back to a desert lizard.

Saw a Pexo Labs ad on X, so we checked the paperwork: every product page, stock option and all 15 posted COAs.
Our COA grade: 57/F.
🚩 Red flags
• Four purchasable strengths lack matching COAs: GHK-Cu 100mg, MOTS-C 40mg, and PL-3 20mg/30mg. Selecting those sizes still opens reports for smaller strengths.
• GHK-Cu measured 119.2% of label claim, above the stated 90–115% limit. The product page still says PASS.
• KLOW’s BPC-157 component measured 115.8%, also above that limit. Again: PASS.
• Pages advertise verified identity, but the reports explicitly say retention-time matching is not proof of identity. We found no qualifying batch-specific MS identity results.
🟡 Yellow flags
• No documented endotoxin or USP <71> sterility results in the applicable reports.
• No demonstrated multi-vial sampling beyond one vial.
• Who is actually behind Amino Metrics? We couldn’t independently establish its legal operator, testing-facility address or responsible scientific personnel.
All 15 certificates were retrievable through Amino Metrics’ verification system, and the reported numbers matched. That confirms the issuer has those records. It doesn’t establish who performed the testing or where.
We aren’t calling the lab fake. But a working lookup alone isn’t enough to establish credible independent testing.
Verdict: We'd skip this vendor entirely. Much better RUO vendors out there to choose from. Want to see vendor grades and reviews? Check our website: peptideprotocols.app/vendor-…

When the FBI’s former No. 2 starts begging you to stock your pantry, you at least check the batteries.

We've added a titration phase to the research journal so you can better plan out your cycles. It also tells you if the vial assigned will get you through the cycle and about how much you would need overall.
Blackline Scientific says “COA published for every batch.” Here’s what our Oct. 25 review found:
• Five purchasable products without a batch COA we could locate: AHK-Cu 100mg, Thymalin 10mg, GLP-S 10mg, GLP-S 20mg, and Prostamax 20mg. Their attached SDS documents aren’t batch testing results.
• KLOW advertised as 80mg, while its linked report #2607290838 shows 115.07mg total—including 33.87mg BPC-157 versus 10mg advertised. That’s a different reported composition, not simply a little extra.
• No endotoxin or sterility results found in the 23 posted COAs we reviewed. Inferior testing compared to other vendors.
Owner got defensive. Has an attitude problem. Clearly can't manage a simple website with a handful of products. Wanted us to "name" the issues. So we did. End of the day we shouldn't have to find the mistakes. After all look at the claims you make.
This is the "bro" who you are buying from. He's a douche. He's also full of shit. Buyer beware.
Oh it gets better. We like to call out the bullshit of the bullshitters. Bringing the receipts (see screenshot at bottom).
After you read that screenshot, it sure looks coordinated or a planted endorsement.
The "has no idea I am posting this" line is a classic fake-organic tell, and the founder replied within 13 minutes with a polished thank-you.
Their thread history is all one-way flattery. Peptide Talks posted "Praying for you and the family brother" on Oct 11, "love what you're doing with blackline!" on Oct 23 and the endorsement on Oct 24. TheBitcoinBaby answers every one with "Appreciate you brother, means a lot."
On Oct 11, TheBitcoinBaby replied to the same single comment four times in 30 minutes, with near-identical wording. That looks like AI or scheduled replying, not a person chatting. His own tweets go out at exactly :00 or :30 past the hour, which suggests a scheduler.
Peptide Talks retweeted his "Saturday thought" post one minute before the endorsement, then posted it 3 minutes after replying to it.
If you bought KLOW labeled 80mg, would you be comfortable with its linked COA showing 115.07mg?
Advertised → tested:
GHK-Cu: 50 → 58.90mg
BPC-157: 10 → 33.87mg
TB-4: 10 → 12.07mg
KPV: 10 → 10.23mg
Is that “extra value”—or a different formulation than you intended to buy.
Do most buyers even check the COA? If they don't and then dose, now what? Some vendors think this isn't an issue, but we think it's a major problem. Lets hear from some vendors and some users out there.
