This is the 40th anniversary of #TheTransformersTheMovie and I'm wondering why we never got a good G1 game back in the day? You can import the #Famicom game from @JpnRetroDirect but it's pretty horrible. We discuss this in today's #YouTubeShorts Episode

Cant speak for the other 2 Gundam Seed games but the one on the right is a great package stuffer if you need to fill your box with something cheap.
Just a short run beat em up with some nice attention to detail.

PS2 restocks today. The only rare-ish stuff are the McDonald's Happy Disc and that ecchi cosplay tennis game. Everything else is 3 to 6 bucks. Space Venus might be trash but I love it!

New Hot Pot Gaming! I talk to @FamicomVinnk of @FamicomDojo and @JpnRetroDirect about what he likes about video games designed for kids, as well as the important role video games play in his family life.
We also talk about the Switch's impact in Japan.

You need a system and game cleaner for it. I got you. DM Me, I need to get you the Zelda light too!
Also, the Game Boy is region-free, so you can play Japanese games on it too. Check out @JpnRetroDirect for some amazing titles, many of which you need to know 0 Japanese!

Just picked the package I ordered from @JpnRetroDirect ,a bag of Super Robot Wars installments and a few extra goodies for good measure! Everything in great condition and as promised on the webpage!

Oh crap! I almost forgot to post my retro game huntings as of late since I've been busy with other things.
Anyways, the orders from @JpnRetroDirect showed up for a while ago and haven't had the time to take a photo of them until now! So here ya go:
ALT Games I ordered from left to right: Tekken 3 (PSX), Rez (PS2) and PuyoPuyo Sun (PSX). The Cable Guys Phone/control-holder of Sonic the Hedgehog and Amy Rose (in their classic looks) are almost visible holding Tekken 3 and PuyoPuyo Sun respectively.

Yep! I actually just picked up the last 2 on my last trip to Japan.
@JpnRetroDirect regularly has copies in stock of the first two:

I read the last game also had DLC songs, but I didn't look super deep into that.

My partner surprised me this weekend with a Japanese copy of Panzer Dragoon Zwei and it's the best thing ever. @JpnRetroDirect @PanzerLegacy

My @kumoricon panel is up on my channel! I thought it would be a straight adaptation of the original video, but I was able to get more depth in each topic, fleshing out the window shopping aspect, why I use @JpnRetroDirect, and how to handle being priced out of the market.

Mail call!
Our latest order from @JpnRetroDirect arrived, and I think I got a terrific value on some amazing games. #Gameboy #Famicom #SuperFamicom & even Japanese #Nintendo64 games!

I cannot recommend this store enough. Beyond the owner being super-accommodating, all packages have been exactly as described and handled with care.
The sale is now up. Every item storewide is on sale but only 1 copy of each game, so grab what you want early. Sale will run until the 12th. I hope everyone is having a great summer.

Battle Heat for PC-FX is difficult to learn but pretty cool once you know what's going on. I hastily threw together a quick start guide a while ago to help someone out. Note this is not a translation of the manual or the game's moves.
I hope this helps if anyone picks it up!
Restocks again today but a few of these games I haven't had in stock for a long time so you may never have seen them on the store before. #PCFX #Wonderswan

Real Bout: Fatal Fury is an absolute banger as well as King of Fighters ‘94.
Don’t sleep on these, folks.

Since it was announced that the Polymega would support Neo Geo CD games I have been finding it increasingly difficult to restock them. When I do, they sell quickly. But I have had many requests, so here are 6 NGCD games. (also Guardian Heroes)

Getting Japanese games is still an affordable way to get into retro collecting. Vinnk runs a great online store with a hand picked inventory
Just fantastic stuff today. I get lots of requests for boxed games so here are a few. The boxes for Star Wars and Yoshi's Island look awesome on a game shelf. And Kid Dracula is back in stock too (for now).
